Set Up Your Review System

Activate your review system so Kyrios can request reviews consistently and route customer feedback correctly.

Your Review System helps you request reviews automatically instead of relying on someone to remember.

It also gives unhappy customers a way to share feedback privately so your team can address the issue before it becomes a public problem.

By the end of this section:

  • Reviews are being requested consistently

  • Customer feedback is being captured

  • Your online presence is more complete

  • Your reputation grows without relying on memory

Why this matters

Most businesses do good work. The problem is that they do not consistently ask for reviews.

Someone forgets. The timing passes. The customer moves on. Kyrios fixes that by making review requests part of your process.

When the right customer activity happens, the system can send the review request automatically.

What you will do

You will:

  1. Activate the Review System from the Starter Pack

  2. Confirm the correct workflows are published

  3. Understand when review requests are sent

  4. Know where negative feedback goes

How the Review System works

The Starter Pack includes two review request workflows.

Current Customer Review Request

This is for new customers.

It can be triggered when:

  • Contact Type changes to Customer

  • An invoice is marked Paid

  • A pipeline opportunity is marked Won

When one of these happens, Kyrios starts the review request process.

Previous Customer Review Request

This is for when you already have an existing customer list. This workflow does not have a trigger by default.

To use it, you add existing customers to the workflow manually by following the instructions in the Activate Your Review System guide.

Negative feedback routing

The Review System is not only about getting good reviews. It also helps you find problems.

If someone has a poor experience, the system routes that feedback internally instead of pushing them straight to a public review page.

This gives your team a chance to respond, fix the issue, and improve the customer experience.

Where to start

Go to:

Getting Started β†’ Section 1: Start Here β†’ Activate Your Review System

Follow that guide first.

It walks you through:

  • connecting the review funnel domain

  • completing required custom values

  • publishing the review workflows

  • optionally adding previous customers

Do not publish or use the review workflows before completing those setup steps.

What happens next

Once the Review System is active:

  • New customers can receive review requests automatically

  • Existing customers can be added to a review request workflow

  • Positive reviews can be directed to public review platforms

  • Negative feedback can be routed internally

  • Review activity becomes part of your system instead of another thing to remember

Where to look

You can monitor review-related activity in:

  • Conversations

  • Contact records

  • Reputation Management

  • Workflow execution logs

Helpful resources

Use these if you want to go deeper:

What to ignore for now

You do not need to start with:

  • AI review responses

  • review widgets

  • QR code customization

  • multi-location listing management

  • advanced review automation

Those can come later.

Right now, the goal is simple: make review requests happen consistently.

Important note

The Review System works best when the setup steps are completed in order. If the funnel link, review links, or workflows are incomplete, the system may not behave correctly.

Use the activation guide first. Then let the system run.

You should not have to remember to ask every customer for a review.

Set up the system once. Let Kyrios make the ask part of your process.
