Use this guide if you want to monitor reviews, send review requests, analyze sentiment, or manage your online reputation directly from the Kyrios mobile app.
Accessing Reputation in the Mobile App
You can access Reputation from the Left-hand Menu.
Steps:
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Select Reputation (star icon).
Reputation Overview Dashboard
The Reputation Overview provides high-level performance metrics for your account.
Displayed metrics include:
Invites Goal
Reviews Received
Average Rating
Sentiment Analysis
Swipe left or right to move between metric cards.
Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment Analysis shows the distribution of positive and negative reviews for the selected time period.
This helps you quickly understand overall customer perception.
Switching Between Reviews and Review Requests
Below the overview metrics, you can switch between Reviews and Review Requests.
Reviews shows published reviews
Review Requests shows sent invitations and their statuses
Viewing Reviews
Within the Reviews tab, you can:
View reviews from Google and Facebook
See star ratings and written feedback
Respond to reviews directly
Responding to reviews allows you to thank customers or address concerns.
Viewing Review Requests and Statuses
Within the Review Requests tab, you can track each request.
Possible statuses include:
Sent
Opened
Failed
This helps you understand which invitations need follow-up.
Creating a New Review Request
You can send a new review request at any time.
Steps:
Open the Reputation section.
Tap the Plus (+) icon.
Enter the contact name and email or phone number.
Add a personalized message.
Send the request.
Customizing the Date Range
You can filter reputation data by date range.
Steps:
Tap the date range selector at the top of the Reputation screen.
Choose a predefined range such as This week, This month, or This year.

Can I see Google and Facebook reviews in the mobile app?
Yes. Reviews from both Google and Facebook appear within the Reviews tab in the Reputation section.
