How to Access the Reputation Dashboard
The dashboard loads automatically using the selected time filter.
Invite Goals
Invite Goals display preset milestone targets for review invites.
Key details:
Goals are incremental and system-defined
Goals cannot be edited
Each completed goal unlocks the next target
Invite Goals are designed to encourage consistent review outreach.
Reviews Received
This tile shows the total number of reviews received within the selected date range.
Important notes:
Includes both new and historical reviews
Pulls data from Google and Facebook
Requires integrations to be enabled
Required setup:
Go to Account Settings > Integrations and connect Google and Facebook to retrieve reviews.
Online Listings (When Applicable)
The Online Listings tile appears only for accounts with Yext enabled and a location subscription.
