What the Reputation Dashboard Is

The Reputation Dashboard Overview is a reporting and analytics dashboard inside Reputation Management.

It provides real-time visibility into:

  • Review volume and trends

  • Average ratings and sentiment

  • Review invite activity

  • Latest reviews and review requests

  • Competitor reputation benchmarks (when enabled)

How to Access the Reputation Dashboard

  1. Open Reputation from the main side menu.

  2. Select the Overview tab.

The dashboard loads automatically using the selected time filter.

Invite Goals

Invite Goals display preset milestone targets for review invites.

Key details:

  • Goals are incremental and system-defined

  • Goals cannot be edited

  • Each completed goal unlocks the next target

Invite Goals are designed to encourage consistent review outreach.

Reviews Received

This tile shows the total number of reviews received within the selected date range.

Important notes:

  • Includes both new and historical reviews

  • Pulls data from Google and Facebook

  • Requires integrations to be enabled

Required setup:
Go to Account Settings > Integrations and connect Google and Facebook to retrieve reviews.

Online Listings (When Applicable)

The Online Listings tile appears only for accounts with Yext enabled and a location subscription.

What it shows:

  • High-level status of online listings

Additional actions:

  • Click View Status (top-right) for detailed listing data

Average Rating

Average Rating represents overall review performance during the selected time period.

How it’s calculated:

  • Total stars received ÷ total number of reviews

This metric updates dynamically based on the date filter.

Sentiment

The Sentiment tile analyzes the tone of reviews.

How it works:

  • Uses Google AI

  • Evaluates reviews from Google and Facebook

  • Categorizes feedback as positive or negative

This provides a quick snapshot of customer perception.

Invite Trends

Invite Trends shows outbound review requests sent during the selected time frame.

Included channels:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if enabled)

This helps measure review outreach activity.

Review Trends

The Review Trends tile displays a month-over-month bar graph of reviews received.

Use this to:

  • Track growth or decline in review volume

  • Identify seasonal or campaign-driven changes

Latest Review Requests

This section shows the most recent review invites sent.

Displayed details:

  • Invite channel (SMS, Email, WhatsApp)

  • Date sent

This data reflects outbound activity only.

Latest Reviews

The Latest Reviews section lists the most recent feedback received.

Includes:

  • Review platform (Google or Facebook)

  • Contact who left the review

  • Review content and rating

Competitor Analysis

Competitor Analysis compares your reputation against other businesses.

Key capabilities:

  • Compare against up to three competitors

  • View star ratings

  • View total review counts

  • Review response timing (when available)

Data source note:
Competitor data is based on publicly available information from review platforms.

Common Issues and Fixes

Reviews are not appearing

  • Confirm Google and Facebook are connected in Account Settings > Integrations

  • Allow time for initial data sync

Online Listings section not visible

  • Verify Text is enabled

  • Confirm the account has an active location subscription

WhatsApp not showing in Invite Trends

  • Ensure WhatsApp is enabled and configured for the account
