Common Questions and Clarifications

Why doesn’t Funnel data match the Opportunities list?

Funnel data is cumulative.
If an opportunity moves through multiple stages, it is counted in each stage it passed through.

How is Conversion Rate calculated?

Conversion Rate =
(Number of Won opportunities ÷ Total opportunities) × 100

Can I filter tasks on the Dashboard?

Yes. Tasks can be filtered by assigned user, status, and due date directly from the widget.

What time range does the Dashboard use?

The Dashboard uses the date range selector at the top. All widgets update dynamically based on the selected range.
