How Opportunity Export Works in Kyrios
Kyrios exports opportunities based on what is currently visible in the Opportunities view. Any filters, search conditions, or pipeline selections applied at the time of export determine which opportunities are included. All standard and custom opportunity fields are included automatically.
How to Access the Opportunities Module
All opportunity exports start from the Opportunities module.
Steps
Open the Kyrios dashboard.
Select Opportunities from the left-side navigation menu.
Choose the appropriate Pipeline if multiple pipelines exist.
How to Filter Opportunities Before Exporting (Optional)
Filters allow exporting only specific opportunities instead of the entire pipeline.
How Filters Affect Export
Only opportunities that match the active filters and are visible on the board or list view are included in the export file.
Steps
Click Advanced Filters near the top of the Opportunities page.
Select one or more filter criteria, such as:
Status (Open, Won, Lost)
Owner or Followers
Created date or Updated date
Opportunity value
Last stage change date
Apply the filters and confirm the board refreshes.
How to Export Opportunities
Exporting opportunities uses the three-dot menu in the Opportunities module.
Steps
Ensure the correct pipeline and filters are applied.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the Opportunities page.
Select Export from the dropdown menu.
Wait while Kyrios prepares the export file.
What Happens During the Export Process
Kyrios generates the export in real time and displays a progress indicator.
Important Notes
Do not reload the page during export.
Do not navigate away from the Opportunities module.
Large exports may take several seconds to complete.
What Data Is Included in the Export
Every opportunity export includes all available opportunity data.

Standard opportunity fields (name, stage, value, status, dates)
All custom fields created for opportunities

Export Scope
There is no limit on the number of opportunities that can be exported. All visible opportunities that meet the current filters are included.
Permissions Required to Export Opportunities
Only users with Admin permissions can export opportunities.
If Export Is Not Visible
If the Export option does not appear in the menu, the user does not have sufficient permissions and must request admin access.
Common Issues and Fixes
Export button is missing
This occurs when the user does not have admin permissions. Confirm the user role includes export access.
Exported file does not include expected opportunities
This usually means filters were applied. Clear all filters and retry the export if a full pipeline export is required.
Export appears stuck
Large exports may take longer. If the progress bar completes but no file downloads, click Close and check browser downloads.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I export only opportunities from a specific date range?
Use Advanced Filters and select Created on or Updated on, define the date range, then export. Only those opportunities will be included.
Is there a limit to how many opportunities I can export?
No. Kyrios allows exporting all visible opportunities without limits.
Are custom fields included in opportunity exports?

Where do I download the exported file?
Once the export completes, a download prompt appears. The file is saved to your device’s default download location.
