How Opportunity Filters Work
Opportunity filters use three components:
A field (such as Stage, Status, Owner, or Created On).
An operator (such as Is, Is Not, Greater Than, or Is Empty).
A value.
Only opportunities matching the selected conditions appear in the results.
Filter Logic (AND vs OR)
Multiple conditions can be combined using logical operators.
AND Logic
AND requires every condition within the filter group to be true.
Example:
Stage = Contacted
Last Stage Change Date = More than 10 days ago
Only opportunities meeting both conditions appear.
OR Logic
OR requires at least one filter group to be true.
Example:
Status = Won
Status = Lost
Any opportunity matching either condition appears.
Adding Additional Conditions
Click Add nested filter to add an AND condition.
Click Add Filter to create a new OR filter group.
