List View for Opportunities

Use List View in Opportunities to view, sort, filter, and customize opportunity records in a tabular format.

Access List View

  1. Go to Opportunities.

  2. Open the Opportunities tab.

  3. Use the view toggle in the top-right corner.

  4. Select the List View icon.

List View displays opportunities in rows and fields in columns.


View Opportunities in a Table

List View organizes opportunities in a tabular format. Each row represents one opportunity. Each column shows a field such as opportunity name, contact, pipeline, stage, value, status, tags, or date created.

Use this view when you need to scan records quickly or compare opportunities without moving between pipeline stages.


Sort Opportunities

Sorting changes the order of opportunities in List View.

  1. Go to Opportunities.

  2. Switch to List View.

  3. Click Sort.

  4. Select the field you want to sort by.

  5. Choose Ascending or Descending.

Supported custom field types for sorting include:

  • Single Line

  • Multi Line Text

  • Dropdown Single Select

  • Radio Select

  • Number

  • Monetary

  • Phone

  • Date


Customize Visible Fields

Use Manage Fields to choose which columns appear in List View.

  1. Click Manage Fields.

  2. Select the fields you want to display.

  3. Clear fields you do not want to display.

  4. Rearrange fields as needed.

  5. Click Apply.

You can use custom fields and default opportunity fields to build a view that matches your workflow.


Filter Opportunities

List View supports advanced filters.

Use filters to narrow the table by status, stage, owner, tags, custom fields, or other available opportunity data.

Filters help you focus on the records that match a specific condition, such as open opportunities, won opportunities, or opportunities from a specific pipeline stage.


Search Opportunities

Use the search bar in List View to find specific opportunities quickly.

Search is useful when you know the opportunity name, contact, or related information and do not want to scan the full table.

Common Issues and Fixes

I cannot see the fields I need in List View

Click Manage Fields, select the fields you want to show, and click Apply.

My opportunities are not in the order I expected

Click Sort, choose the field you want to sort by, and confirm whether the direction is Ascending or Descending.

Too many opportunities are showing

Use Advanced Filters to narrow the list by status, stage, owner, tags, or another available field.
