How to Collapse or Expand Stages
Collapse stages when you want to hide inactive or low-priority parts of the pipeline.
Open Opportunities.
Make sure you are in Kanban View.
Find the stage column you want to adjust.
Click the stage header control to collapse or expand the stage.
Collapsed stages keep the board tidy. Expanded stages make opportunity cards easier to review.
How to Resize Stage Columns
Resize stage columns when one stage needs more or less screen space.
In Kanban View, hover over the edge of a stage column.
Drag the divider left or right.
Repeat for any other stage columns.
Double-click the divider to reset the column to its default size.
Wider columns are useful for busy stages. Narrower columns help reduce clutter.
How to Sort Opportunities
Sorting helps you prioritize opportunity cards by timing, value, or custom business data.
Click Sort at the top of the Opportunities page.
Select the field you want to sort by.
Choose ascending or descending order.
Review the reordered opportunities.
