Expanded Opportunity Values and Metrics

Opportunity values have time-based, task-related, and appointment-related fields, enhanced sorting and exporting, and a UI update that improves visibility and control across the sales pipeline.

Updated over 3 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This update is for sales teams, pipeline managers, and admins who need clearer insight into Opportunity aging, task deadlines, and upcoming appointments to proactively manage deals and identify bottlenecks.

Newly Added Opportunity Fields

Kyrios now provides additional system-calculated Opportunity fields that surface timing, activity freshness, and next-action visibility directly in Opportunity views and exports.

Each field updates automatically and is read-only.

Days Since Last Stage Change Date

This field shows how many days an Opportunity has remained in its current pipeline stage.

It helps identify stalled Opportunities and stages that may require intervention.

Days Since Last Status Change Date

This field displays the number of days since the Opportunity’s status last changed.

It allows teams to monitor how recently deal outcomes or states have been updated.

Days Since Last Updated

This field indicates how many days have passed since any update was made to the Opportunity.

It provides a quick signal for inactivity or neglected deals.

Next Task Due Date (SST)

This field shows the due date of the next task associated with the Opportunity’s primary contact.

It allows users to see upcoming responsibilities without opening task details.

Days Till Next Task Due Date (SST)

This calculated field shows how many days remain until the next scheduled task is due.

It helps prioritize Opportunities with imminent follow-ups and prevents missed deadlines.

Days Till Next Appointment Date (SST)

This field displays how many days remain until the next scheduled appointment tied to the Opportunity’s primary contact.

It helps teams anticipate upcoming meetings and prepare in advance.

Where To Find These Fields in Kyrios

The new Opportunity fields are available when customizing Opportunity table views and are organized into folders for clarity.

Primary Contact Details Folder

Several task- and appointment-related fields appear under the Primary Contact Details folder.

This folder was renamed from Contact Details to clarify that the fields relate specifically to the primary contact on the Opportunity.

Fields in this folder include:

  • Business Name

  • Next Task Due Date (SST)

  • Days Till Next Task Due Date (SST)

  • Days Till Next Appointment Date (SST)

  • Contact’s Email

  • Contact’s Phone

  • Additional Contacts

Other Details Folder

Opportunity aging and activity timing fields appear under the Other Details folder. These fields are system-generated and update automatically.

Fields in this folder include:

  • Created On

  • Updated On

  • Last Status Change Date

  • Last Stage Change Date

  • Days Since Last Stage Change Date

  • Days Since Last Status Change Date

  • Days Since Last Updated

Sorting Opportunities Using Time-Based Fields

Kyrios now supports sorting Opportunities using key timing metrics directly from the table view.

Supported Sorting Fields

You can sort Opportunities by:

  • Days Since Last Stage Change Date

  • Days Since Last Status Change Date

  • Days Since Last Updated

Sorting can be applied in ascending or descending order to surface stalled or recently touched Opportunities.

Opportunity Data Exports

The following time-based fields are included in Opportunity data exports:

  • Days Since Last Stage Change Date

  • Days Since Last Status Change Date

  • Days Since Last Updated

This allows teams to perform deeper analysis and integrate Kyrios Opportunity data into external reporting tools.

Important Notes About These Fields

  • All Days Since and Days Till fields are calculated automatically by Kyrios.

  • Fields labeled (SST) use the system-standard timezone.

  • These values update dynamically and do not require manual refresh.

  • Fields must be enabled in the current Opportunity view to appear.

User Interface Update: Folder Renaming

The Contact Details folder has been renamed to Primary Contact Details.

This change improves clarity and helps users quickly locate the most relevant contact-related fields when customizing Opportunity views.

Why These Changes Matter

These enhancements improve Opportunity visibility by surfacing time-sensitive insights, upcoming actions, and inactivity signals directly where deals are managed.

Together, the new fields, improved sorting and exporting, and clearer field organization help teams identify bottlenecks earlier and maintain a more proactive, data-driven sales process.
