Who this is for / when to use
This article is for users who manage leads and sales pipelines in Kyrios and need to view, filter, create, update, export, or import opportunities efficiently.
What the Opportunities tab shows
The Opportunities tab displays all leads in the system as opportunity cards or rows, grouped by pipeline stage and status, allowing users to quickly understand where each lead sits in the sales process.
Each opportunity represents a potential deal and includes linked contact data, pipeline stage, value, owner, source, tasks, notes, and activity history.
How to filter and sort opportunities
Opportunities can be filtered and sorted to narrow results based on ownership, status, value, activity dates, and pipeline-related criteria.
You can filter opportunities by:
Owner
Status
Campaign Type
Last Stage Change
Created On
Updated On
Lead Value
Opportunity Won On
Opportunity Lost On
Additional filtering and sorting actions include:
Searching by opportunity name or contact
Selecting a specific pipeline
Sorting by Date Added (ascending or descending)
Combining multiple filters using AND / OR logic
How to export opportunities and include additional information
Opportunities can be exported as a CSV file that respects the active filters and selected data fields.
To export opportunities:
Click the three-dot menu in the Opportunities view.
Select Export.
Choose additional data to include, such as:

How ownership behaves after enabling
New opportunities default to the contact owner but can be changed.
Ownership updates can optionally sync followers between contacts and opportunities.
These rules also apply to automations and bulk actions.
Important: Review any existing automations that update owners after enabling this setting.
