Access Opportunities
Log in to Kyrios.
Select Opportunities from the left sidebar.
Choose the pipeline you want to review.
The Opportunities board shows each pipeline stage as a column. Each opportunity card appears under its current stage.
Locate the Opportunity to Edit
Find the opportunity you want to update.
You can:
Use Search Opportunities
Use filters
Sort opportunities
Browse the pipeline board manually
Click the opportunity card to open the edit modal.
Edit Opportunity Details
The Opportunity Details section lets you update core opportunity and contact information. You can update:
Primary contact
Email
Phone
Opportunity name
Pipeline
Stage
Status
Opportunity value
Owner
Followers
Business name
Opportunity source
Click Update after making changes.
Book or Update an Appointment
Use Book/Update Appointment to manage the appointment linked to the opportunity. Each opportunity currently supports one appointment.
If no appointment exists:
Open the opportunity.
Select Book/Update Appointment.
Click + New Appointment.
Choose Meetings, Services, or Rentals.
Complete the appointment details.
Appointments added from the opportunity also appear on the related contact record.
View the Empty Appointment State
If the opportunity does not have an appointment, Kyrios shows a No Appointments message. Click + New Appointment to create one.
Add Notes to an Opportunity
Use Notes to record important updates, call summaries, follow-up details, or internal context.
Open the opportunity.
Select Notes from the left sidebar.
Click Add Note.
Enter the note details.
Save the note.
Notes added here also appear on the related contact record.
Add Tasks and Reminders
Use Tasks to track follow-up actions related to the opportunity.
Open the opportunity.
Select Tasks from the left sidebar.
Click Add Task.
Add the task title, assignee, due date, and details.
Save the task.
Tasks added here also appear on the related contact record.
Manage Pipeline Stage
Move an opportunity between pipeline stages when the deal progresses. Drag the opportunity card from its current stage column into the correct pipeline stage.
Pipeline stages represent where the opportunity is in the sales process.
Manage Opportunity Status
Opportunity status controls the final state of the opportunity.
Available statuses are:
Open
Won
Lost
Abandoned
A new opportunity uses Open by default. To update the status, drag the opportunity to the status area shown at the bottom of the board. Marking an opportunity as Lost allows you to add a lost reason.
Common Issues and Fixes
I cannot find the opportunity
Use Search Opportunities, filters, or the pipeline selector to confirm you are viewing the correct pipeline.
I do not see an appointment
Open Book/Update Appointment. If no appointment exists, click + New Appointment.
My task or note is also showing on the contact
This is expected. Tasks and notes added from an opportunity also appear on the related contact record.

How do I edit an opportunity?
Open Opportunities, select the opportunity card, update the details in the edit modal, and click Update.
