Customize Opportunity Cards

  1. Open the Kyrios mobile app.

  2. Go to Opportunities.

  3. Tap the Settings (gear icon).

  4. Select Customize Cards.

Configure Card Fields

  • Choose up to 7 fields from 40+ available options.

  • Default fields include:

    • Name

    • Value

    • Owner

    • Business Name

    • Source

    • Lost Reason

  • Up to 4 custom fields can be displayed.

  • 3 fixed fields always appear at the top.

Configure Quick Actions

  • Select actions such as:

    • Call

    • Message

    • Add Tag

    • Add Task

    • Move Opportunity

  • Tap Save to apply changes.


Use the Pipeline View

  1. Open Opportunities in the mobile app.

  2. View Opportunities grouped by pipeline stage.

  3. See customized cards inside each stage.

  4. Watch activity badges for tasks, notes, or messages.

  5. Perform quick actions directly from the card.


Manage an Opportunity in One Place

  1. Tap any Opportunity card.

  2. Use the top tabs to navigate:

    • Details

    • Tasks

    • Notes

    • Appointments

    • Transactions

  3. Update fields, log activity, or take actions without leaving the screen.

Appointments and Activity Visibility

  • Scheduled appointments linked to the Opportunity appear in the Appointments tab.

  • Status and timing are visible for quick reference.


Important Information

  • Customizations apply only to the mobile app.

  • Desktop and web Opportunity views are not affected.

  • Card customization is applied per user.

  • Existing mobile card layouts are reset after the update and must be reconfigured.

  • Default quick actions include:

    • Message

    • Add Tag

    • Add Task

    • Move Opportunity

Do I need to enable this feature?

No. As long as your mobile app is updated, Opportunities is available automatically.

Will this affect my web app Opportunities?

No. These customizations are mobile-only and do not change desktop views.

How many fields can I show on an Opportunity card?

You can display up to 4 custom fields, plus 3 fixed fields (Name, Value, Owner).

What actions can I perform directly from the card?

Available quick actions include calling, messaging, tagging, adding tasks, and moving the Opportunity to another stage.

Can each team member have a different card layout?

Yes. Card customization is user-specific, allowing each team member to personalize their own layout.

Will my existing mobile Opportunity layout remain unchanged?

No. Your previous mobile card layout is reset after the update and must be customized again.
