Using the Kyrios Mobile App: Contacts

This article explains how to add, manage, search, communicate with, and take quick actions on contacts using the Kyrios Mobile App.

  • Account users managing contacts on the go

  • Team members who need fast access to calls, messages, appointments, and payments

  • Businesses that rely on mobile-first contact management and quick actions


Accessing the Contacts Section

  1. Open the Kyrios Mobile App.

  2. Tap the Contacts icon in the bottom navigation bar.

This opens your contact list with search, filters, and quick actions available.


Searching and Filtering Contacts

Search Contacts

  • Use the search bar to find contacts by name, phone number, email, or tag.

Filter by Smart Lists

  1. Tap All Contacts.

  2. Select a Smart List or search for one.


Viewing a Contact Profile

  1. Tap any contact from the list.

  2. The contact profile opens with quick actions at the top.

Available top actions:

  • Call

  • Message

  • Email

  • Meeting

  • Charge


Navigating Contact Tabs

Each contact profile includes multiple tabs:

  • Details

  • Tasks

  • Notes

  • Appointments

  • Payments

  • Docs & Files


Adding a New Contact

Add Manually

  1. Tap the + icon.

  2. Select Add Contact.

  1. Enter contact details.

  2. Tap Save Contact.


Using the Business Card Scanner

You can create contacts instantly by scanning a business card.

Access the Scanner

  • From the + menu, tap Scan Business Card.

  • Or tap the scan icon on the New Contact screen.

Scan and Save

  1. Align the business card in the scanner frame.

  2. Review extracted details.

  3. Edit if needed and save.


Contact Actions and Management

Actions Section

Within a contact, scroll to Actions to manage:

  • Tags

  • Automations

  • Opportunities


Managing Tags

  1. Tap Tags from the Actions section.

  2. Search, add, or remove tags.

Tags update instantly on the contact profile.


Hide Empty Fields

To reduce clutter: Toggle Hide Empty Fields to show only populated fields.


Quick Actions (Lightning Bolt)

The floating Lightning Bolt button provides instant actions from anywhere in the contact.

Available quick actions include:

  • Send Email

  • Add Contact

  • Scan Business Card

  • Book Appointment

  • Request Review

  • New Payment

  • New Opportunity

  • Make a Call

  • Send Message


Communication from a Contact

Calling a Contact

  • Tap Call to place a call directly from the contact profile.

During an Active Call

You can:

  • Merge calls

  • Transfer calls

  • Put calls on hold


Spam Call Identification

Incoming spam calls are clearly marked as Spam Likely across the call experience.


Managing Inbound Call Routing (Desktop Required)

Inbound call routing is configured from the Desktop App under Team > Call & Voicemail Settings.


Docs & Files Tab

The Docs & Files tab stores all documents related to a contact.

Access Docs & Files

  1. Open a contact.

  2. Tap Docs & Files.

Upload Documents

  1. Tap the Upload icon.

  2. Select up to 10 files (max 250 MB total).

  3. Choose a section (Internal, Sent, Received).

  4. Tap Upload.

Documents can be previewed and managed directly from the contact.


Maps Integration

  • Tapping an address opens available map apps for navigation.


Notes, Tasks, and Appointments

  • Notes: Supports HTML and hyperlinks.

  • Tasks: Track follow-ups and reminders.

  • Appointments: View and manage scheduled meetings linked to the contact.

These are accessible through their respective tabs in the contact profile.


Quick Actions During Calls

During an active call, you can instantly:

  • Add notes

  • Create tasks

  • Schedule appointments

  • Log payments

How do I add a new contact from the mobile app?

Tap the + icon, select Add Contact, enter the details, and save.

What does the Business Card Scanner do?

It scans a business card and automatically creates a contact by extracting the card details.

Can I filter contacts by Smart Lists?

Yes. Tap All Contacts and select a Smart List.

Can I tag contacts from mobile?
