Accessing the Contacts Section
Open the Kyrios Mobile App.
Tap the Contacts icon in the bottom navigation bar.
This opens your contact list with search, filters, and quick actions available.
Searching and Filtering Contacts
Search Contacts
Use the search bar to find contacts by name, phone number, email, or tag.
Filter by Smart Lists
Tap All Contacts.
Select a Smart List or search for one.
Viewing a Contact Profile
Tap any contact from the list.
The contact profile opens with quick actions at the top.

Adding a New Contact
Add Manually
Tap the + icon.
Select Add Contact.
Enter contact details.
Tap Save Contact.
Using the Business Card Scanner
You can create contacts instantly by scanning a business card.
Access the Scanner
From the + menu, tap Scan Business Card.
Or tap the scan icon on the New Contact screen.
Scan and Save
Align the business card in the scanner frame.
Review extracted details.
Edit if needed and save.

Within a contact, scroll to Actions to manage:

Managing Tags
Tap Tags from the Actions section.
Search, add, or remove tags.
Tags update instantly on the contact profile.
Hide Empty Fields
To reduce clutter: Toggle Hide Empty Fields to show only populated fields.
Quick Actions (Lightning Bolt)
The floating Lightning Bolt button provides instant actions from anywhere in the contact.

Tap Call to place a call directly from the contact profile.
During an Active Call
You can:
Merge calls
Transfer calls

Incoming spam calls are clearly marked as Spam Likely across the call experience.
Managing Inbound Call Routing (Desktop Required)
Inbound call routing is configured from the Desktop App under Team > Call & Voicemail Settings.
Docs & Files Tab
The Docs & Files tab stores all documents related to a contact.
Access Docs & Files
Open a contact.
Tap Docs & Files.
Upload Documents
Tap the Upload icon.
Select up to 10 files (max 250 MB total).
Choose a section (Internal, Sent, Received).
Tap Upload.
Documents can be previewed and managed directly from the contact.
Maps Integration
Tapping an address opens available map apps for navigation.
Notes, Tasks, and Appointments
Notes: Supports HTML and hyperlinks.
Tasks: Track follow-ups and reminders.
Appointments: View and manage scheduled meetings linked to the contact.
These are accessible through their respective tabs in the contact profile.

How do I add a new contact from the mobile app?
Tap the + icon, select Add Contact, enter the details, and save.
What does the Business Card Scanner do?

Can I tag contacts from mobile?
