Accessing the Calendar in the Mobile App
Open the Kyrios Mobile App.
Tap the Calendar icon in the bottom navigation bar.
This opens your calendar using the last selected view and calendar filters.
Switching Calendar Views (Monthly vs List)
You can switch how appointments are displayed.
Tap the View selector at the top of the calendar.
Choose Monthly View or List View.
Monthly View: Shows a full month overview with date selection.
List View: Shows upcoming appointments in chronological order.
Viewing Appointments for a Specific Date
In Monthly View, tap any date.
Appointments for that date appear below the calendar.
Each appointment shows:
Appointment title
Status (e.g., Confirmed)
Start and end time
Assigned user initials
Viewing Multiple Calendars, Users, or Groups
You can view multiple schedules in one unified view.
Tap Select Calendars at the top of the calendar.
Choose whether to filter by Users, Calendars, or Groups.
Select the items you want to display.
Tap Done.
Each selected calendar appears with a unique color in the schedule.
Sharing Booking Links from Mobile
You can quickly share booking links directly from the calendar.
Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner.
Choose one of the following options:
Tap Share to copy or send the link.

Scheduling an Appointment
Selecting a Contact
After choosing Schedule Appointment, select a contact.
Use search if needed.
Choosing Calendar, Time, and Type
Select the Calendar.
Confirm the Timezone (Account).
Choose Standard or Custom scheduling.
Select the Date and Time Slot.
Setting Appointment Details
Enter an Appointment Title.
Add an optional Description.
Choose Calendar Default or Custom meeting location.
Selecting a Meeting Location
Tap Meeting Location to choose from available options.
Supported locations include:
Custom
Zoom
Google Meet
Microsoft Teams
Phone
Full Address
Ask the Booker
Dynamic and saved locations are pulled from calendar settings.
Saving the Appointment
Confirm the appointment status (e.g., Confirmed).
Tap Save in the top-right corner.
The appointment now appears on the calendar.
Blocking Time on Your Calendar
Blocking time prevents new bookings during that period.
Tap + → Block Time.
Select:
Calendar
Timezone
Start and End Time
Enter an Event Title and Description.
Tap Save.
Existing appointments are not removed when time is blocked.

Monthly View:
Best for planning and visual overview of availability.List View:
Best for scanning upcoming appointments quickly.
You can switch views at any time without affecting bookings.
Important Notes
A calendar must already exist to schedule appointments.
Calendar creation and advanced calendar settings must be managed in the Desktop App.
Meeting locations are configured in calendar settings and reused on mobile.

How do I switch between Monthly and List views?
Tap the view selector at the top of the calendar and choose Monthly View or List View.
Can I schedule appointments directly from the mobile app?
Yes. Tap the + icon, choose Schedule Appointment, select a contact, and complete the appointment details.
Can I block time from the mobile app?
Yes. Use the + icon, select Block Time, and define the blocked time range.
How do I share my booking link from mobile?
Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner and choose either a scheduling link or a one-time link.
Are Microsoft Teams meetings supported on mobile?
Yes. Microsoft Teams can be selected as a meeting location when scheduling an appointment.
Why don’t I see any calendars available?
Calendars must be created and configured in the Desktop App before they appear in the mobile app.
