This article explains how to create and manage service-based appointments using the Kyrios mobile app, including multi-service bookings, staff assignment, add-ons, coupons, and time selection.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for users who schedule service appointments from the Kyrios mobile app.

Use this when you need to:

  • Book services while on the go

  • Add multiple services to one appointment

  • Assign staff and locations

  • Apply add-ons or coupons during checkout


Key Features Available on Mobile

The Kyrios mobile app supports the following service booking features:

  • Multi-location service booking

  • Service variants (duration or package options)

  • Add-ons with quantity support

  • Staff-specific pricing

  • Coupon and discount codes

  • Multi-service checkout

  • Calendar filtering by service

  • Monthly, Weekly, and List calendar views


Step 1: Start a New Service Appointment

  1. Open the Calendar module in the mobile app.

  2. Tap the + (plus) button.

  3. Select New Service Appointment.


Step 2: Select Contact and Location

  1. Search for and select a contact.

  2. Choose the service location.

  3. Available services update based on the selected location.


Step 3: Choose Services

  1. Tap Add Service.

  2. Browse or search available services.

  3. Add one or more services to the appointment.

Multiple services can be added before checkout.


Step 4: Select Service Variants and Add-Ons

  1. Choose a service variant (such as duration).

  2. Select optional add-ons.

  3. Adjust add-on quantities if applicable.

Pricing updates automatically as selections change.


Step 5: Assign Staff

  1. Assign a team member to each service.

  2. Staff-specific pricing is applied automatically.

  3. Availability reflects date-specific staff hours.


Step 6: Apply Coupons (Optional)

  1. Enter a valid coupon code.

  2. Review the applied discount.

  3. Confirm updated totals before scheduling.

Coupons apply to the full appointment where eligible.


Step 7: Pick a Time Slot

  1. Choose from available time slots.

  2. If enabled, toggle Custom Time to set a manual time.

  3. Time availability reflects service duration and staff availability.


Step 8: Confirm and Schedule the Booking

  1. Review:

    • Services

    • Staff assignments

    • Total duration

    • Pricing and discounts

  2. Tap Schedule Booking to confirm.


View Booking Summary

After scheduling, you can view the booking summary, including:

  • Contact details

  • Service breakdown

  • Duration

  • Pricing

  • Status (Confirmed)


Calendar Filtering on Mobile

You can filter calendar views by service:

  • Use service labels at the top of the calendar

  • Filter across Monthly, Weekly, or List views

  • Improve visibility for high-volume service calendars


Limitations on Mobile

The following actions are not currently supported in the mobile app:

  • Editing appointments

  • Rescheduling appointments

  • Duplicating appointments

These actions must be completed on desktop.


Common Issues and Fixes

Appointments Not Appearing in Calendar

Cause

  • No calendars are configured.

Fix

  • Ensure at least one calendar is set up and linked to services and staff.


Missing Time Slots

Cause

  • Staff hours or service durations are not configured correctly.

Fix

  • Verify staff availability and service duration settings on desktop.


FAQ

Can I book multiple services in one appointment on mobile?

Yes. The mobile app supports multi-service checkout in a single appointment.


Can I apply coupons or discounts during booking?

Yes. Coupon codes can be entered during the booking process before scheduling.


Does pricing change when I assign a specific staff member?

Yes. Staff-specific pricing is applied automatically once a staff member is assigned.


Can I filter the calendar by service?

Yes. Service labels allow filtering across Monthly, Weekly, and List views.


Can I edit or reschedule appointments on mobile?

No. Editing, rescheduling, and duplicating appointments are not supported on mobile at this time.


Why don’t all appointments appear on my calendar?

Appointments may not appear if calendars are not configured, even if services and staff exist.
