Collect Service Calendar Payments on Mobile

Collect remaining balances for service appointments directly from the Kyrios mobile app using Tap to Pay or POS payment methods linked to service calendars.

Enable Payments on a Service Calendar (Web)

This must be completed before payments can be collected on mobile.

  1. Go to Calendars in the web app.

  2. Open Settings for the service calendar.

  3. Select Forms & Payment.

  4. Toggle Accept payments ON.

  5. Set the Payment Mode to Live.

  6. Configure the total amount, deposits, or partial payments.

  7. Click Save.

Result: Appointments booked on this calendar will carry payment data into the mobile app.


View Appointments with Payments on Mobile

  1. Open the Kyrios mobile app.

  2. Navigate to Calendars.

  3. Select the service calendar.

  4. Tap an appointment event.

What you’ll see:

  • Appointment details

  • Payment amount due

  • Buttons for View Invoice and Record Payment


View and Edit the Invoice from an Appointment

  1. From the appointment event, tap View Invoice.

  2. Review line items, subtotal, and amount due.

  3. Edit the invoice if needed:

    • Add extra services

    • Add time-based charges

    • Adjust pricing

Result: Invoice totals update automatically before payment is recorded.


Record a Payment from the Mobile App

  1. From the appointment event, tap Record Payment.

  2. Choose a payment method:

    • Tap to Pay on iPhone

    • Card

    • Cash

    • Manual Entry (Card, Check, Bank Transfer, Other)

  3. Complete the transaction.

Result:

  • Payment is recorded instantly

  • Invoice updates to paid or partially paid

  • Payment syncs to the contact and invoice record

Common Issues and Fixes

Payment options not visible on mobile

  • Ensure Accept payments is enabled on the service calendar.

  • Confirm Payment Mode is set to Live, not Test.

Invoice shows incorrect amount

  • Open View Invoice from the appointment and update line items before recording payment.

Tap to Pay not available

  • Verify Tap to Pay is enabled on the device.

  • Confirm a supported payment provider is connected.
