What You Can Do With Services on Mobile
The Kyrios mobile app supports advanced service booking workflows similar to desktop scheduling.

How to Book a Service Appointment on Mobile
Follow the steps below to create a service-based appointment in the Kyrios mobile app.
Step 1: Start a New Service Appointment
Open the Calendar module in the mobile app.
Tap the + (plus) button.
Select New Service Appointment.
Step 2: Select the Contact and Location
Search for and select the contact.
If your account has multiple locations, choose the correct location for the appointment.
Only services available at the selected location will appear.
Step 3: Choose One or More Services
Tap Add Service.
Browse or search your service catalog.
Select one or more services to include in the appointment.
Multiple services can be grouped into a single booking.
Step 4: Configure Service Options
For each selected service:
Choose the service variant (such as duration).
Select any optional add-ons.
Adjust add-on quantities if available.
Tap Save to confirm the service configuration.
Step 5: Assign Staff
Select a staff member for each service.
If staff-specific pricing is configured, the total amount updates automatically.
Step 6: Apply Discounts (Optional)
Enter a valid coupon or promo code.
Confirm the discount is applied to the total amount.
Step 7: Select a Time Slot
Choose from available real-time time slots.
If your permissions allow, enable Custom Time to manually set a time.
Availability reflects staff schedules and working hours.
Step 8: Review and Schedule
Review services, staff, time, and pricing.
Confirm the appointment status.
Tap Schedule Booking to finalize.
Current Limitations on Mobile Service Bookings
The following limitations apply to service appointments created on mobile:
Payments: Mobile-created service appointments do not generate automated orders or accept payments in the mobile flow.
Editing: Service appointments created on mobile cannot be edited, rescheduled, or duplicated in the mobile app.
Taxes and Fees: Manual taxes and processing fees are not displayed or supported.
Calendar Visibility: At least one service-enabled calendar must be configured for services to appear.
Pro Tip: Filter Services in the Mobile Calendar
To reduce calendar clutter:
Tap the colored labels at the top of the calendar.
Open Calendars > Services.
Toggle specific services on or off.
This helps you focus on only the services you need to see.
