Overview of the Kyrios Mobile App Navigation

The Kyrios mobile app is organized around four primary navigation areas:

  • The Left-hand Menu

  • The Bottom Navigation Menu

  • The Lightning Bolt (Quick Actions) Menu

  • The Plus (+) Create Menu

Each section below explains what you can access and manage from each area.


Left-hand Menu

The Left-hand Menu provides access to account-level tools and supporting features.

To open it, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.

From this menu, you can access:

  • Social Planner – Create, schedule, and manage social media posts

  • Media Storage – Upload and manage files and media

  • Opportunities – Manage pipelines and deals

  • Invoices – View and manage invoices

  • Insights – View performance and analytics

  • Tasks – Create and track tasks

The icons provide access to:

  • Notifications – View alerts and updates

  • Conversations – Access all messages and inboxes

  • Point of Sale – Manage payments and transactions

  • Calendars – View and manage appointments

  • Contacts – View and manage your contact list


Conversations and Inbox Navigation

Within Conversations, you can switch between different inbox views and quickly act on messages.

Available inbox views include:

  • Team Inbox – Shared conversations for the account

  • My Inbox – Conversations assigned to you

  • Internal Chat – Internal team messages

You can also filter conversations by status such as Recent, Unread, or Starred.


Lightning Bolt (Quick Actions) Menu

The Lightning Bolt icon provides quick access to common actions without leaving your current screen.

From this menu, you can:

  • Make a Call – Start a phone call immediately

  • Send SMS – Send a text message

  • Request Review – Send a review request

  • Create Invoice – Generate an invoice quickly


Plus (+) Create Menu

The Plus (+) icon allows you to create new items depending on your current location in the app.

Common create actions include:

  • New Direct Message – Send a one-to-one message

  • New Email – Send an email to a contact

  • New Group Message – Send a group SMS

  • New Internal Chat – Message team members

  • Add Contact – Create a new contact or scan a business card

  • Book Appointment – Schedule an appointment

  • New Opportunity – Create a new opportunity
