Using the Kyrios Mobile App: Conversations

This article explains how to manage conversations in the Kyrios mobile app, including messaging, attachments, scheduling, filters, AI replies, WhatsApp features, and advanced conversation tools.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this guide if you need to send, manage, filter, or enhance conversations with contacts directly from the Kyrios mobile app.


Accessing Conversations

You can access Conversations from the bottom navigation menu in the mobile app. Tap the Conversations icon to view all active conversations.


Viewing and Switching Conversation Channels

Each conversation can include multiple channels such as SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

You can switch the active channel using the channel selector above the message input field.


Sending Messages (SMS, Email, and Group Messages)

You can send messages directly from within a conversation or start a new one.

To create a new message:

  • Tap the Plus (+) button from the Conversations view

  • Choose New Direct Message, New Email, New Group Message, or New Internal Chat


Using Attachments and Message Tools

Within a conversation, tap the Plus (+) icon in the message composer to access attachments and tools.

Available options include:

  • Camera

  • Video

  • Photo and Videos

  • Snippets

  • Request Payment

  • Custom Values

  • Files

  • Choose from Media Storage


Using Snippets

Snippets allow you to insert pre-written responses to reply faster.

To use snippets:

  • Open a conversation

  • Tap the Plus (+) icon

  • Select Snippets

  • Choose the snippet you want to insert


Scheduling SMS and Email Messages

You can schedule messages to be sent at a future date and time.

To schedule a message:

  • Compose an SMS or Email

  • Tap the Schedule (clock) icon

  • Select the date, time, and account timezone

  • Tap Send Schedule


AI Replies

Conversation AI suggests replies based on message context.

To use AI replies:

  • Open a conversation

  • Tap the AI Replies icon

  • Select the most relevant suggested reply

  • Tap Use to insert it into the message field


Editing Email Templates on Mobile

You can edit and format email templates using the built-in rich text editor.

Supported formatting includes:

  • Bold, italics, underline

  • Headings (H1–H3)

  • Bullet lists and quotes


Trigger Links

Trigger Links allow you to insert trackable links that can fire automations.

To insert a Trigger Link:

  • Open a conversation

  • Tap the Plus (+) icon

  • Select Add Trigger Link

  • Choose the desired trigger link


WhatsApp Messaging

You can send and receive WhatsApp messages directly within Conversations.

To send a WhatsApp message:

  • Open a conversation

  • Switch the channel to WhatsApp

  • Type and send your message


WhatsApp Flows

WhatsApp Flows allow you to send interactive templates within an open WhatsApp conversation.

To use a WhatsApp Flow:

  • Open a WhatsApp conversation

  • Tap the Plus (+) icon

  • Select WhatsApp Flow

  • Choose the flow and customize the fields

  • Tap Send


Voice Notes (WhatsApp Only)

Voice notes are available for WhatsApp conversations when WhatsApp is configured for the account.

Requirements:

  • WhatsApp must be purchased and configured

  • Kyrios Systems version 3.82 or higher

To send a voice note:

  • Open a WhatsApp conversation

  • Tap the Plus (+) icon and select Add voice notes, or tap the microphone icon

  • Record, pause, delete, or send the voice note


Managing Conversations

You can manage individual conversations using the Manage menu.

Available actions include:

  • Schedule Appointment

  • Create Opportunity

  • Send Review Request

  • Show Activity

  • Delete Conversation


Using Filters

Filters help you organize and prioritize conversations.

To apply filters:

  • Tap Filter at the top of the Conversations list

Available Filter Options

Sort By

  • Latest-All

  • Oldest-All

  • Latest-Manual

  • Oldest-Manual

Show Message

  • Latest-All

  • Recent

  • Unread

  • Starred

Assigned To

  • All

  • My Chats

  • Assigned To (specific users)

  • Unassigned

Last Message Direction

  • All

  • Inbound

  • Outbound

Last Message Type

  • All

  • Manual

  • Automated

Last Message Channel

To apply filters, tap Apply Filters.


Saving Quick Filters

You can save frequently used filter combinations.

To save a Quick Filter:

  • Configure your filters

  • Tap Save as Quick Filter

  • Apply the filter when needed


Smarter Conversations Tools

Kyrios Conversations support advanced tools for personalization and automation.

From the Plus (+) menu, you can insert:

  • Trigger Links

  • Custom Values

  • WhatsApp Flows

  • Snippets

How do I access Conversations in the mobile app?

Tap the Conversations icon in the bottom navigation menu.

What is the maximum attachment size for SMS and Email?

SMS supports direct attachments up to 5 MB. Larger files are uploaded and shared as links. Email attachments support up to 25 MB.

Can I schedule messages from the mobile app?

Yes. You can schedule both SMS and Email messages using the Schedule icon before sending.

Can I save conversation filters?

Yes. Filters can be saved as Quick Filters for future use.
