Method 1: Register a New WhatsApp Business Number
Step 1: Purchase and Configure a Phone Number
Go to Settings > Phone Numbers.
Purchase a new phone number or edit an existing one using the three-dot menu.
Configure call forwarding to your main contact number.
Step 2: Start WhatsApp Setup
Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp.
Click Set Up a New WhatsApp Number.
Do not close the browser tab during setup.
Step 3: Continue With Facebook
Click Continue.
Log in using an existing Facebook account.
Confirm access permissions.
Step 4: Grant Permissions to Kyrios
Review requested permissions:
WhatsApp Business account access
Business profile access
Billing management
Click Get Started.
Step 5: Enter Business Information
Select or create a business portfolio.
Enter:
Business name
Website or profile URL
Country
Click Next.
Step 6: Create or Select a WhatsApp Business Account
Choose Create a WhatsApp Business account.
Click Next.
Step 7: Review and Finish Setup
Review access permissions and terms.
Click Save.
Click Finish to complete onboarding.
Phone Number Verification
Step 8: Add and Verify the Phone Number
In Settings > WhatsApp > Numbers, click Add Number.
Enter the phone number to verify.
Click Proceed to verify.
Step 9: Choose Verification Method
SMS: Receive a 6-digit OTP by text
Phone Call: Receive the OTP by voice call
Step 10: Enter OTP
Enter the 6-digit code.
Wait for confirmation.
Step 11: Verification Complete
Once verified, the number becomes active and usable in Kyrios.
WhatsApp Business Verification (Meta)
Step 12: Start Business Verification
Open Settings > WhatsApp.
Click Verify Now from the banner.
Step 13: Review Verification Benefits

Displaying your business name
Access to WhatsApp Flows
Click Start Verification.
Step 14: Upload Verification Documents
Upload at least one document:
Certificate of incorporation
Business registration/license
Tax document
Utility bill
Click Submit for Verification.
Step 15: Track Verification Status
Statuses include:
Pending
Verification in progress
Approved
Rejected (with reason shown)
WhatsApp Templates
Step 16: Open Templates
Go to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates.
Click Create Template.
Step 17: Create a Template
Enter:
Template name
Category
Language
Add header, body, and footer text.
Click Create.
Step 18: Template Review Status
Templates may appear as:
Pending
Approved
Rejected
One-on-One WhatsApp Messaging
Step 19: Send Messages in Conversations
Open Conversations.
Select a contact.
Choose WhatsApp as the channel.
Schedule WhatsApp Messages
Step 20: Schedule a Message
In Conversations, select a contact.
Choose WhatsApp.
Click the schedule icon.
Set date and time.
Click Schedule.
Update WhatsApp Business Profile
Step 21: Open Profile Editor
Go to Settings > WhatsApp > Numbers.
Open the three-dot menu.
Click Update Business Profile.

WhatsApp Flows: In-App Appointment Booking
Step 23: Create a Flow
Go to Flows.
Click Create Flow.
Select a calendar.
Click Next.

Countdown Timers in WhatsApp Templates
Step 24: Add a Countdown Timer Button
Open a WhatsApp template.
Click Add Button.
Select Countdown Timer.
Step 25: Select or Create a Timer
Choose an existing timer or click Create New.
Configure fixed, recurring, or dynamic timers.
Step 26: Edit Timer Settings
Click Edit Timer.
Add or update timer links and rules.
Restrictions for WhatsApp Sign-Up
A new phone number is required
Existing WhatsApp App numbers cannot be reused

FAQ
Can I change my WhatsApp Business number after verification?
No. Once verified, the number cannot be changed without a full reconfiguration.
What happens if I don’t receive the OTP?
Check number formatting, network connectivity, or switch to phone call verification.
Can I use the WhatsApp Business App and Kyrios together with the same number?
No. A number can only be active on one platform.
Why is my business name not visible to customers?
Your business must be verified with Meta for the display name to appear.
Can I schedule free-form messages anytime?
No. Free-form messages can only be scheduled within 24 hours of the last inbound message.
Can I send PDFs or images in WhatsApp templates?
Yes. Media headers can be added to templates.
