Use this feature if you already rely on the WhatsApp Business App and want to add automations, templates, reporting, and inbox collaboration in Kyrios without losing access to the mobile app.
What the WhatsApp Coexistence Feature Does
The WhatsApp Coexistence feature allows one WhatsApp phone number to work simultaneously in:
The WhatsApp Business App
Kyrios (via WhatsApp Cloud API)
This setup does not replace your app. Both systems remain active.

Prerequisites
Before starting, confirm all requirements below:
WhatsApp Business App version 2.24.17 or later
A Facebook account with admin access
A Facebook Page connected to your business
Admin permissions on the Meta Business portfolio
Stable internet connection during setup
Step 1: Sign Up With Facebook
In Kyrios, go to Settings → WhatsApp.
Click Sign up with Facebook.
NOTE: Image is illustrative only. Button placement may vary slightly by account.
Step 2: Continue Facebook Authentication
Log in to Facebook.
Click Continue as [your name] when prompted.
Step 3: Grant Required Permissions
Review the permissions request.
Click Get Started to allow access.
Permissions include:
WhatsApp business account access
Business portfolio access
Billing management
Step 4: Enter Business Information
Select an existing business portfolio or create a new one.
Confirm:
Business name
Website or profile page
Country
Click Next.
Step 5: Choose Coexistence Onboarding Option
Select Connect your existing WhatsApp Business app.
Click Next.
IMPORTANT: Do not select “Start with a new WhatsApp phone number” if you want Coexistence.
Step 6: Add and Confirm Phone Number
Enter the same phone number used in your WhatsApp Business App.
Confirm the number.
Click Next.
Step 7: Share Contacts and Chats
Review the data-sharing notice.
Confirm contact and chat import (up to 6 months).
Wait for the QR code to appear.
Step 8: Scan QR Code From WhatsApp
Open the WhatsApp Business App on your phone.
Look for a message from the official Facebook Business account.
Tap Scan QR code.
Scan the QR code shown on your screen.
NOTE: If multiple messages appear, scan the most recent one.
Step 9: Confirm Successful Connection in Kyrios
Once scanning is complete:
Your WhatsApp number is connected
Sync begins automatically
Kyrios inbox becomes active
How Contacts and Conversations Sync
Sync duration: Typically 4–6 hours.
Factors that affect timing:
Total chat volume
Number of contacts
Network stability
After sync:
Conversations appear under Conversations
Contacts appear under Contacts
Synced contacts show the label Created by WhatsApp
Important Notes & Limitations
Only one phone number can be linked per account.
The WhatsApp Business App must remain open during sync.
WhatsApp profile details can only be edited in the app.
Template messages can only be sent from Kyrios.
If previously connected to LeadConnector:
Remove the old WhatsApp Business account
Reinstall the app
Sign up again before enabling Coexistence
If a number is disconnected, wait 1–2 months before reconnecting.
