Each connected WhatsApp number includes the following tabs:
Insights: View messaging limits and eligibility for limit increases.
Profile: Update profile image, category, description, and contact details.
Message Links: Create shareable WhatsApp message links and QR codes.
Updating Your WhatsApp Business Profile
Step 1: Navigate to WhatsApp Business Manager
In Kyrios, go to Settings.
Open WhatsApp to access WhatsApp Business Manager.
You will see the Manage your WhatsApp business dashboard.
Step 2: Open Profile Settings for a Phone Number
Under Phone numbers, locate the connected number.
Click the three-dot menu on the right.
Select Update Business Profile.
Step 3: Update Profile Image and Basic Details
On the Update your Profile screen, go to Personal Info.
Upload a Display Image (PNG or JPG, max 5 MB, recommended 640×640).
Review the Display Name (this cannot be edited).
Select the appropriate Category.
Important:
WhatsApp automatically crops profile images to a square format (max 640×640, up to 5 MB).
Step 4: Add Business Description and Contact Information
Enter a Description (up to 512 characters).
Add optional contact details such as website, email, or address.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Review the preview panel on the right.
Click Save to apply updates to the selected phone number.
Viewing Messaging Limits
Step 6: Open Number Management
Go back to Phone numbers.
Click Manage next to a connected WhatsApp number.
Step 7: Review Messaging Limits in Insights
Open the Insights tab.
View your current messaging tier and next available limits.
Messaging Limits Explained
Messaging limits define how many business-initiated conversations you can start in a rolling 24-hour period.
Initial limit: 250 conversations.
Possible tiers: 1K → 10K → 100K → Unlimited.
How to Increase to 1K
Start conversations with the required number of unique customers in 7 days.
Wait 24 hours after reaching the milestone.
Maintain High or Medium quality rating.
Higher tiers increase automatically after reaching 1K, if quality remains acceptable.
Creating WhatsApp Message Links and QR Codes
Step 8: Create a Message Link
In the Manage view, open the Message Links tab.
Click Create Message Link.
Enter a pre-filled message and click Create.
Step 9: Share via QR Code
Select the generated message link.
View or download the QR code for sharing online or offline.
How Customers View Your Profile
Customers can view your WhatsApp Business Profile by tapping your business name or number inside a chat. They will see your profile image, description, category, and contact details as last saved.
