Before you start: Verify your Google Business Profile
A Google Business Profile must be created and verified before it can be connected to Kyrios.
Sign in to the Google account that manages the business profile
Go to the Google Business Profile site
Select Manage now to claim or create the listing
Step-by-step: Connect Google Business Profile to Kyrios
Step 1: Open the Google integration in Kyrios
Navigate to the Google integration settings in Kyrios.
Log in to Kyrios
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google
Click Connect
Step 2: Authenticate your Google account
Authorize Kyrios to access your Google Business Profile.
Sign in with the correct Google account
Accept the requested permissions on the Google consent screen
Step 3: Resolve missing permissions (if shown)
Kyrios displays a warning if required Google permissions are missing.
Review the permissions listed under Missing Permissions
Click Reconnect

Open Settings → Integrations → Google Business Profile
Click Manage Pages
Select pages or page groups
Choose which GBP locations should connect to Kyrios.
Select a group if pages are grouped
Select individual pages if no groups exist
Add messaging channels to GBP pages
Add WhatsApp or text messaging
Attach messaging numbers to GBP pages.
Open Manage Channels for a page
Select a Kyrios-connected number from the dropdown
Optionally enter a non-Kyrios number (sync and automation will be disabled)
Add social media channels
Social links appear on your Google Business Profile.
Click Connect / Manage Channels under Social
Enter links for supported platforms:

Review and confirm page connections
