Use this feature if you want to track calls generated from a Google Business Profile listing, enable missed call text back, and maintain SEO best practices while using a tracking number.
What This Integration Does
Google Business Profile allows two phone number slots:
Primary number (used for call visibility and tracking)
Secondary number (used as a forwarding or backup number)
When GBP Call Tracking is enabled, Kyrios automatically manages these number slots to ensure:
Calls are tracked correctly
Missed call text back can trigger
SEO performance is not negatively impacted
Connect Your Google Account
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Locate the Google Business Profile integration.
Click Sign in with Google and authenticate the Google account that manages your business listing.
Once connected, your Google Business Profile locations become available for configuration.
Enable GBP Call Tracking
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Open GBP Configuration.
Enable the GBP Call Tracking toggle.
Kyrios will automatically evaluate the phone number currently set on your Google Business Profile and apply the appropriate configuration.
Automatic Number Management Logic
Kyrios applies the following logic when GBP Call Tracking is enabled:
If the GBP number is already a Kyrios number
No changes are made.
Calls are already tracked correctly.
If the GBP number is a forwarding number
The existing number is moved to the secondary slot.
The Kyrios (LC) number is placed in the primary slot.
If the GBP number is not a forwarding number
The existing number is moved to the secondary slot.
The Kyrios (LC) number is placed in the primary slot.
The original number is set as a forwarding number for the Kyrios number.
SEO Impact
Moving the primary business number to the secondary slot has not been found to negatively impact Google Business Profile rankings.
This configuration follows Google’s best practices while allowing accurate call attribution and automation.
Verifying the Integration
After enabling GBP Call Tracking:
Open your Google Business Profile listing.
Confirm that the Kyrios (LC) number appears in the primary phone number slot.
Place a test call to verify call tracking and reporting.
Miss a test call to confirm missed call text back triggers correctly.

Calls are not being tracked
