Access WhatsApp Settings
In Kyrios, go to Settings.
Under Business Services, select WhatsApp.
Make sure the Numbers tab is selected.
Locate the phone number you need to verify.
The Numbers tab displays the WhatsApp phone numbers connected to the account and their current verification status.
Start the Phone Number Verification
Find the phone number showing a Pending status. Click Verify Number in the Actions column for that phone number.
Kyrios will open the phone number verification window.
Choose How to Receive the OTP
In the verification window, choose how you want to receive the one-time password (OTP):
Verify through text message — Receive the verification code by SMS.
Verify through call — Receive the verification code through a phone call.
If you already received an OTP, select Already have OTP? to continue with the existing code.
Complete the Verification
After requesting the OTP:
Wait for the verification code to arrive by the selected delivery method.
Enter the OTP when prompted.
Submit the code to complete verification.
When the correct OTP is accepted, the phone number is verified.
Common Issues and Fixes
The OTP did not arrive
Confirm that the phone number is correct and can receive the selected SMS or phone call. Network or carrier delays can prevent the OTP from arriving immediately. Wait a few minutes before requesting another code. If the verification screen provides an option to request another code, use it to retry the verification.
The verification code is rejected
Confirm that you entered the OTP exactly as received. If the code is no longer valid, request a new OTP and enter the new code.
Phone number verification fails
Confirm the following before retrying:
The phone number is correct.
The phone can receive SMS messages or voice calls.
Your device has a stable network connection.
You are entering the most recently received OTP.
