Step 1: Navigate to Phone Numbers in Your Account
Open the Kyrios account where you want to buy the number.
Go to Settings.
Click Phone Numbers to open the Manage Numbers page.
Step 2: Start Adding a New Number
On the Manage Numbers page, click + Add Number.
From the dropdown, select Add Phone Number (used for SMS and calls).
Step 3: Select Country and View Available Numbers
Choose the country where you want to purchase the number.
Kyrios will display a list of available numbers for that country.
Step 4: Filter Numbers by Type and Capabilities
Click Filter to narrow down results.
Configure filters as needed:
Capabilities: SMS, MMS, Voice
Number Type: Local or Toll-Free
Number string: Specific digits or patterns
Click Apply to update the results.
Important Notes
Toll-free numbers typically start with: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, or 833.
If a specific toll-free number is not available, contact Kyrios support.
Step 5: Refresh Results (Optional)
Click Refresh Results to reload the list and view newly available numbers.
Step 6: Purchase the Number
Select the number you want from the list.
Click Proceed to Buy.
Complete the purchase checkout.
Step 7: Configure and Register the Number
After purchase, the Configure & Register Number screen appears.
Review:
Selected country
Number type (Local or Toll-Free)
Purchased number
Complete configuration based on your use case (calls, SMS, compliance requirements).

Toll-Free Number Not Available
Toll-free availability is limited and changes frequently.
Contact Kyrios support if the number or prefix you want is not listed.
Number Not Activating Immediately
Most numbers activate instantly.
