Businesses that need Australian mobile, local, or toll-free phone numbers in Kyrios.
Accounts that require regulatory compliance before purchasing Australian numbers.
Users with access to Settings > Phone Numbers > Regulatory Bundle / Address.
Important: If you do not see the Regulatory Bundle / Address tab, you may not have the required permissions. Contact your account administrator.
Step 1: Navigate to Phone Number Settings
Open Settings from the left sidebar.
Select Phone Numbers.
This is where all number purchasing and compliance setup is managed.
Step 2: Open Regulatory Bundle / Address
In Phone Numbers, locate Regulatory Bundle / Address.
Click Create in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Create an Address Bundle
In the bundle selection modal, choose Address Bundle.
Click Next.
Step 4: Enter Address Bundle Details
Fill in all business address fields.
Ensure every field exactly matches your official ASIC records:
Business name
Address lines
City, State/Province, Postal Code
Country
Click Submit.
Critical Requirement:
Address Bundle details are case-sensitive and must match ASIC records exactly.
Step 5: Create a Regulatory Bundle
Return to Regulatory Bundle / Address.
Click Create again.
Select Regulatory Bundle.
Click Next.
Step 6: Configure Regulatory Bundle Details
Select Country: Australia.
Select User Type: Business.
Select Number Type: Mobile (or Local/Toll-Free if applicable).
Proceed to the next step.
Step 7: Upload ASIC Documentation
When prompted for verification documents, upload your ASIC registration PDF.
Use the same ASIC document for all required upload fields.
Submit the Regulatory Bundle.
How to Obtain Your ASIC Registration Document
Go to ABN Lookup.
Search using your ABN or Company Name.
Open your business record.
Click View record on the ASIC website.
Download the PDF summary.
NOTE:
The ASIC PDF is the only accepted document for Australian Regulatory Bundles.
Step 8: Wait for Approval
Regulatory Bundle approval usually takes up to 24 hours.
Approval status updates automatically inside Kyrios.
Step 9: Purchase an Australian Phone Number
Go back to Settings > Phone Numbers.
Click Add Number.
Select Australia as the country.
Choose an available number.
Complete the purchase.
Common Issues and Fixes
Bundle Rejected
Cause: Mismatched business name, address, or casing.
Fix: Re-enter details to match ASIC records exactly.
Cannot See Regulatory Bundle / Address Tab
Cause: Insufficient permissions.
Fix: Contact your account administrator.
Numbers Not Available
Cause: Inventory limitations or incorrect number type selection.
Fix: Change area code or number type, or retry later.
