The List View displays all Custom Object records in a structured table format.

Steps:

  1. Open a Custom Object.

  2. Click Manage Fields.

  3. Check or uncheck fields to show or hide them.

  4. Click Apply.

You can include:

  • Standard fields

  • Custom fields

  • Associated object fields


Reordering and Resizing Columns

Within the List View:

  • Drag columns to reorder them.

  • Resize columns to fit content.

Changes apply immediately for the current view.


Sorting Across Fields
