What Is the List View
The List View displays all Custom Object records in a structured table format.

Managing Visible Fields
You control which fields appear in the table.
Steps:
Open a Custom Object.
Click Manage Fields.
Check or uncheck fields to show or hide them.
Click Apply.
You can include:
Standard fields
Custom fields
Associated object fields
Reordering and Resizing Columns
Within the List View:
Drag columns to reorder them.
Resize columns to fit content.
Changes apply immediately for the current view.
Sorting Across Fields

Steps:
Click Sort.
