How to Access and Use List View

List View lets you review CRM records in a table format so you can filter, sort, manage columns, and scan records faster.

Access List View for CRM Objects

For most CRM objects, List View opens by default when you select the object from the left navigation or top menu. Supported areas include:

  • Contacts

  • Companies

  • Tasks

  • Custom Objects

  • Opportunities

Access List View for Opportunities

Opportunities can display in different view formats. To switch Opportunities to List View:

  1. Go to Opportunities.

  2. Select the pipeline you want to review.

  3. Use the view toggle in the top-right corner.

  4. Click the List View icon.

Use this toggle when Opportunities are currently shown in board view and you want to manage them in a table.


What You Can Do in List View

List View helps you manage records in a structured table.

You can:

  • Review records in rows

  • View key fields as columns

  • Search records

  • Apply filters

  • Sort supported fields

  • Manage visible columns

  • Resize or rearrange columns when available


Sort Records in List View

Sorting helps you prioritize records by a selected field.

To sort records:

  1. Open the List View.

  2. Click Sort.

  3. Select the field to sort by.

  4. Choose the sort direction if available.

Custom Objects and Companies can support sorting by available fields, including some custom fields.

Some field types may not support sorting.


Manage Columns in List View

Use Manage Fields to control which columns appear in the table.

To manage columns:

  1. Open the List View.

  2. Click Manage Fields.

  3. Select the fields you want to display.

  4. Clear fields you do not want to display.

  5. Click Apply.

Visible columns should match the fields your team uses most often for review, follow-up, and reporting.

I do not see the column I need

Open Manage Fields, select the field, and click Apply.
