What Deleting and Restoring Mean
An opportunity is an individual deal or client record inside a pipeline. A pipeline is the structure that organizes opportunities through sales stages. Deleting an opportunity removes it from the active opportunity view. Deleted opportunities can be restored for up to 60 days if the linked contact still exists. Deleting a pipeline removes the pipeline, its stages, and its associated opportunities from active use. Restoring a deleted pipeline restores the full pipeline structure.
