Select Contacts for a Pipeline Change
Go to CRM > Contacts or open a Smart List.
Select contacts using the checkboxes next to each record.
βTo select all contacts on the current page, use the checkbox in the table header.
Click Select all contacts to include every contact in the list.
Result: The bulk action toolbar appears at the top of the list.
Open Manage Opportunities (Pipeline Change)
With contacts selected, click More in the bulk action bar.
Select Manage Opportunities.
Result: The Add/Update Opportunity modal opens.
Configure the Pipeline Change
In the Add/Update Opportunity window:
Enter an Action Name (required).
Select a Pipeline.
Select a Stage.
(Optional) Add or update:
Opportunity name
Lead value
Opportunity status
Additional custom fields
Click Add/Update Opportunity to confirm.
Result: Opportunities are added or updated for all selected contacts.
How Bulk Pipeline Changes Are Processed
Actions run in the background.
Large contact selections may take time to complete.
Progress can be tracked from the Bulk Actions page.
