Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this when a contact was deleted accidentally or needs to be recovered along with their related data such as conversations, notes, opportunities, tasks, and appointments.
How Contact Deletion Works
When a contact is deleted:
The contact is removed from the active Contacts list.
All related data (conversations, notes, opportunities, tasks, appointments, manual actions) is also removed.
The contact is retained in the Restore area for up to 60 days.
After 60 days, the contact may be permanently purged and cannot be recovered.
