FAQ
Why can’t I restore a calendar deleted over 60 days ago?
Audit logs are retained for only 60 days. Calendars deleted before that period cannot be restored.
Can I restore appointments deleted outside the 30-minute timeframe?
No. Only appointments deleted within ±30 minutes of the calendar deletion are eligible for restoration.
What happens if restored appointments conflict with existing ones?
Appointments are restored as-is. Any conflicts must be reviewed and resolved manually.
Why is there a 30-minute limit for appointment restoration?
This ensures only appointments deleted because of the calendar deletion are restored, preventing unrelated data recovery.
Are notifications sent when a calendar is restored?
This depends on your notification settings. Existing notification rules resume once appointments are restored.
Can I restore only the calendar without restoring appointments?
No. The system restores the calendar and its associated appointments together to maintain data integrity. You can manually delete appointments afterward if needed.
