What Are General Widgets
General widgets are predefined dashboard widgets that display commonly used metrics such as opportunity value, conversion rates, funnel performance, and sales efficiency. These widgets require minimal setup and are designed for quick insights.
Available General Widgets
Each widget below can be added directly from the Add Widget panel.
Opportunity Status
Displays the count of opportunities grouped by their current status.
Opportunity Value
Shows the total monetary value of opportunities, grouped by status.
Conversion Rate
Displays the percentage of opportunities won and the revenue generated from won opportunities.
Funnel
Shows a step-by-step view of your funnel stages and conversion rates at each stage.
Stage Distribution
Visualizes how opportunities are distributed across different pipeline stages.
Tasks
Displays tasks along with their assigned users.
Manual Actions
Tracks manual actions such as SMS sends and phone calls within campaigns.
Lead Source Report
Shows total leads grouped by source.
Google Analytics Count
Displays total website views from Google Analytics.
Google Analytics Chart
Visualizes Google Analytics data such as page views and interactions over time.
Google Business Profile
Shows key metrics from your Google Business Profile.
Facebook Ads Report

How to Add a General Widget
Step 1: Open the Dashboard
Navigate to Dashboards from the main menu.
Open the dashboard you want to edit.
Step 2: Enter Edit Mode
Click Edit mode if the dashboard is not already editable.
The Add Widget button becomes available.
Step 3: Add a Widget
Click Add Widget in the top-right corner.
Browse or search for a general widget.
Select the widget you want to add.
Step 4: Configure Widget Settings (If Available)
Some general widgets support basic configuration such as:
User filters
Date range selection
View or grouping options
Adjust settings as needed.
Step 5: Save the Dashboard
Click Save Changes.
The widget appears on the dashboard and begins displaying data.
Common Issues and Fixes
Widget shows no data
Ensure that:
Relevant data exists for the selected date range
Required integrations (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) are connected
Filters are not available
Some general widgets do not support filters and display aggregate data only.
