Meta Ad Widgets let you visualize and analyze Meta (Facebook) ad performance metrics directly inside Kyrios dashboards and reports.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this when you want to track paid advertising performance from Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) inside Kyrios without exporting data to external tools.


Overview: Meta Ad Widgets

Meta Ad Widgets provide pre-built visualizations for common advertising KPIs such as spend, clicks, conversions, impressions, and campaign rankings. These widgets update automatically based on synced Meta Ad data and can be added to any dashboard or report.


Available Meta Ad Widgets

Performance Metrics

Each widget represents a single Meta Ads metric:

  • Website Purchases – Total number of website purchases.

  • Meta Ad Clicks – Total number of ad clicks.

  • Amount Spent – Total ad spend for the selected date range.

  • Cost Per Conversion – Average cost per conversion.

  • Average CPC – Average cost per click.

  • Ad Impressions – Total number of times ads were shown.

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) – Percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks.

  • Average CPM – Cost per 1,000 impressions.

  • Conversions – Total completed conversion actions.

  • Reach – Unique users who saw the ads.


Top Campaign Ranking Widgets

These widgets rank campaigns based on performance:

  • Top Campaigns by Ad Spend

  • Top Campaigns by Conversions

  • Top Campaigns by Website Purchases

  • Top Campaigns by Ad Clicks

  • Top Campaigns by Impressions

  • Top Campaigns by Reach


Step 1: Open a Dashboard or Report in Edit Mode

  1. Navigate to Dashboards or Reports.

  2. Open an existing dashboard or create a new one.

  3. Click Edit mode.


Step 2: Add a Meta Ad Widget

  1. Click Add Widget.

  2. In the right-side panel, stay on the Widgets tab.

  3. Use Search Widget or scroll to the Meta Ads section.

  4. Select the widget you want to add.


Step 3: Choose Chart Type

  1. Use the Chart type selector to choose how data is displayed:

    • Number

    • Pie

    • Line

    • Bar

    • Table

  2. Only supported chart types are selectable per widget.


Step 4: Customize Widget Settings

  1. Apply Date range filters.

  2. Filter by campaign or objective when available.

  3. Adjust labels, layout, and comparison settings.

  4. Use the Themes tab to apply dashboard color themes.


Step 5: Save Changes

  1. Click Save Changes.

  2. The widget updates automatically as Meta Ad data refreshes.


Common Issues and Fixes

Meta Ads section not visible

  • Confirm Meta Ads integration is connected.

  • Verify account permissions allow ad data access.

Widget shows zero or missing data

  • Check selected date range.

  • Confirm campaigns were active during that period.

  • Verify the correct objective or metric is selected.

Performance issues with many widgets

  • Split widgets across multiple dashboards.

  • Reduce the number of ranking widgets on a single view.
