What Is Multiple Review Platform Integration?
Multiple Review Platform Integration lets you connect external review platforms by linking your business’s public review pages.
Once connected, Kyrios will:
Import reviews automatically
Sync new reviews on an ongoing basis
Display reviews in a single dashboard
Enable filtering, replies, and widgets
How to Access Review Integrations
Navigate to Reputation.
Select Settings.
Click Integrations.
This section displays all supported review platforms and custom link options.
How to Connect a Review Platform
In Integrations, locate the platform you want to connect.
Click Integrate.
Paste the public URL of your business’s review page.
Click Integrate to confirm.
Kyrios will begin fetching reviews automatically.
How Review Syncing Works
After a platform is connected:
Reviews are fetched automatically
New reviews sync without manual action
Sync status appears directly on the platform card
System notifications confirm when:
A platform is connected
Reviews are successfully fetched
A platform is disconnected
Viewing and Managing Integrated Reviews
All imported reviews appear in the Reviews tab.
From this view, you can:
Filter by platform or rating
Sort by date or sentiment
Reply to reviews directly
Track feedback trends
