Prerequisites
Before using multi-page Facebook review integration, ensure:
Reputation Management is enabled in your account
At least one Facebook page is connected
You have admin access to the Facebook pages
What Is Multiple Facebook Page Review Integration?
Multiple Facebook Page Integration allows you to:
Connect more than one Facebook page to Kyrios
Collect reviews from all connected pages
Manage and respond to reviews centrally
Display combined reviews in widgets
Share reviews from specific Facebook pages
This eliminates the need to switch between Facebook accounts.
Step 1: Access the Review Link Settings
Navigate to Reputation in the left menu.
Open Settings.
Select Review Link.
This is where Facebook pages are connected and managed.
Step 2: Connect Multiple Facebook Pages
In Review Link, select Get Reviews on Facebook.
Authenticate with Facebook when prompted.
Choose one or more Facebook pages you manage.
Save your selection.
You can repeat this process to add additional pages.
Step 3: View Reviews from All Facebook Pages
Once pages are connected:
All Facebook reviews appear in the Reviews tab
Reviews can be filtered by source or page
Each review shows its originating Facebook page
This enables centralized monitoring and responses.
Step 4: Display Reviews Using a Single Widget
Kyrios allows you to combine reviews from multiple Facebook pages into one widget.
Go to Reputation → Widget.
Select or create a widget.
Under Review Source, choose:
All sources, or
Specific Facebook pages
Save the widget and embed it on your website.
Step 5: Share Reviews from Specific Facebook Pages
You can share individual reviews directly from Kyrios.
Open a review in the Reviews section.
Click Share.
Select the Facebook page to share from.
Click Share.
This allows page-specific social sharing.
Managing Review Sources Across Pages
Kyrios clearly identifies:
Which Facebook page each review belongs to
Which pages are active or connected
Which sources are enabled for widgets and sharing
This prevents confusion when managing multiple brands.
