This article is for Kyrios users who want to request customer reviews using email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Use this when you want to:
Manually request a review from a specific contact
Automate review requests after appointments, payments, or other events
Track delivery and status of review requests
Pre-Requisites Before Sending Review Requests
Before sending any review request, confirm the following:
Reputation Management is enabled in your account settings
Google Business Profile (GBP) is connected if you want Google reviews
Valid contact details exist (email or phone number depending on channel)
Method 1: Send a Review Request Using Quick Actions (Manual)
Quick Actions allow you to instantly send a review request from anywhere in Kyrios.
Steps:
Click the ⚡ Quick Actions icon in the top navigation.
Select Send a Review Request.
Search for or create a contact.
Choose one or more delivery methods:
Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Select the appropriate message template.
Click Send Review Request.
Important:
Review requests sent via Quick Actions are sent from the currently logged-in user.
Method 2: Send a Review Request Using Workflows (Automated)
Workflows allow you to automatically send review requests based on triggers like appointments, payments, or pipeline changes.
Create the Workflow
Go to Automations → Workflows.
Click Create Workflow or Build using AI.
Add a trigger (for example: Appointment Completed).
Add the action Send Review Request.
Choose the delivery channel:
Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Save and publish the workflow.
Configure the Review Request Action
Set a clear action name.
Select the review delivery type.
Save the action before publishing.
Best Practice:
Workflow-based review requests send from the assigned user, not the logged-in user.
Method 3: Send a Review Request from the Reputation Dashboard (Manual)
The Reputation dashboard allows you to manually send and track review requests.
Steps:
Navigate to Reputation → Reviews.
Click Send Review Request.
Select or create a contact.
Choose Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or multiple channels.
Select the message template.
Click Send Review Request.
Review Request Statuses Explained
Each review request displays a delivery status:
Queued – Waiting to be sent
Sent – Successfully sent
Delivered – Confirmed delivery (SMS only)
Failed – Delivery failed due to invalid contact info or channel issues
If using a custom SMTP provider, ensure the sending user email matches the SMTP configuration.
Multi-Channel Review Requests
Kyrios supports sending review requests through multiple channels at once.

Review request failed to send
Verify the contact has a valid phone number or email.
Confirm the selected channel is enabled.
Customer had a bad experience
Use a Workflow with a Wait or Internal Notification step.
Manually remove the contact before the review action executes.
Google review not accessible
Google reviews require a Google account.
Include alternate links (Facebook or survey) in the template if needed.
