Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this guide if:
Your Facebook Business Pages are not appearing in the Kyrios Page selector
You recently added or changed Facebook Page admin access
You need to connect additional Facebook Pages to Kyrios
Facebook permissions were changed or revoked
Why Facebook Pages May Not Appear
Facebook only allows Pages to appear if:
You are an admin of the Page
You are the same Facebook user who originally connected the integration
All required permissions are enabled
The Page is explicitly selected during the Facebook permission step
Part 1: Update Facebook Permissions
Step 1: Access Facebook Settings
Log in to your Facebook account
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
Select Settings & Privacy
Click Settings
Step 2: Open Business Integrations
In the left-hand sidebar, click Business Integrations
Locate the Kyrios-related app in the list
Step 3: Edit App Settings
Find the Kyrios app
Click View and Edit next to the app
Step 4: Enable All Permissions
Scroll through the permission list
Ensure every available toggle is enabled
Turn on any permissions that are off
Important Note
Only the Facebook user who:
Originally connected the integration and
Is an admin of the Page
will see that Page in the Kyrios dropdown.
Step 5: Select Applicable Facebook Pages
Review the list of Facebook Pages shown
Check the box next to every Page you want available in Kyrios
Step 6: Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply changes
⚠️ Important Warning
If pages are already selected, do not deselect them.
Deselecting pages can break existing integrations with other accounts.
Part 2: Reconnect the Facebook Page in Kyrios
Step 1: Open Facebook Integration in Kyrios
Go to Settings > Integrations
Open Facebook
Click Select a Facebook Page
Step 2: Choose a Facebook Page
A new window will open
Use the dropdown to select the Facebook Page you want to connect
Step 3: Connect the Page
Click Connect Page to save
Common Issues and Fixes
Facebook Pages Still Not Appearing
Cause:
Permissions were not fully enabled or pages were not selected.
Fix:
Repeat Part 1 and ensure:
All toggles are enabled
All required Pages are checked
Changes are saved
Pages Visible for One User but Not Another
Cause:
Only the original Facebook user who connected the integration can see Pages.
Fix:
Log in using the same Facebook user who originally authorized Kyrios.

Why aren’t my Facebook Business Pages appearing in the dropdown?
This happens when required permissions are missing or Pages were not selected during Facebook authorization.
Who can see Facebook Pages in the selector?
Only the Facebook user who:

What if some Pages are already selected?
Do not deselect them. Removing selections may break existing integrations.
What happens if I don’t save my changes?
Your Page selections and permission updates will not apply.
Can I connect multiple Facebook Pages to Kyrios?
Yes. You can select and integrate multiple Pages as long as you are an admin of each one.
