Troubleshooting Review Platform Integrations in Kyrios

This article explains how to troubleshoot issues when integrating multiple third-party review platforms into Kyrios, including missing platforms, URL errors, and reviews not fetching correctly.

Updated over 3 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This guide is for Kyrios users who are connecting external review platforms (such as Google, Yelp, Amazon, or Trustpilot) and are unable to fetch reviews, see connection errors, or confirm integration status.

Use this guide when:

  • A review platform does not appear in Integrations

  • Reviews are not importing after integration

  • An error such as “URL Not Recognized” appears

  • Reviews are not visible in the Reputation dashboard

Where Review Platform Integrations Are Managed

All review platform connections are managed from the Integrations section in Kyrios.

Path:

Reputation → Settings → Integrations

This area lists all supported platforms and shows their connection status.

Why a Review Platform Is Missing From the List

If a review platform does not appear in the Integrations list, it is not currently supported for direct integration.

How to Fix

  1. Go to Reputation → Settings → Integrations

  2. Review the available platforms

  3. Use Custom Links if the platform is not listed

  4. Contact Kyrios support to request future platform support

How to Integrate a Review Platform Using a Page URL

Most platforms require the public URL of your business’s review page to fetch reviews.

Steps:

  1. Click Integrate on the desired platform

  2. Paste the full review page URL

  3. Click Integrate

  4. Wait for reviews to begin fetching

Why Reviews Are Not Fetching After Integration

If reviews do not appear after adding the platform URL, the issue is usually related to an incorrect link or permissions.

How to Fix

  1. Confirm the URL points directly to the business review page
(not a homepage or search result)

  2. Ensure the page is publicly accessible

  3. Refresh the page and wait a few minutes

  4. Retry fetching reviews

What “URL Not Recognized” Means

The “URL Not Recognized” error occurs when the link does not match the expected format for the selected platform.

How to Fix

  1. Copy the exact business review page URL

  2. Ensure the URL includes the platform’s required structure
    (for example: https://www.yelp.com/biz/your-business-name)

  3. Paste the full URL and retry integration

  4. Try a different browser if the issue persists

How to Confirm a Platform Is Successfully Connected

A connected platform will show an active or connected state and begin importing reviews automatically.

How to Verify

  1. Go to Reputation → Settings → Integrations

  2. Confirm the platform shows as connected or fetching

  3. Navigate to Reputation → Overview

  4. Check for incoming reviews

Where Imported Reviews Appear

All fetched reviews are displayed in the Reputation dashboard for centralized monitoring and response.

Path:
Reputation → Overview

From here, reviews can be filtered by platform, date range, and sentiment.

Can Multiple Review Platforms Be Integrated at the Same Time

Multiple review platforms can be integrated simultaneously without conflict.

How It Works

  • Each platform is connected individually

  • All reviews are aggregated into one dashboard

  • Filters allow platform-specific review management

If reviews from one platform are missing, re-check that platform’s integration status.

Common Issues and Fixes

Issue: Platform shows connected but no reviews appear

Fix:
Wait several minutes, refresh the dashboard, and confirm the review page is public.

Issue: Reviews fetch once but stop updating

Fix:
Re-open the integration and re-submit the review page URL.

Issue: Platform requires login to view reviews

Fix:
Only public review pages can be fetched. Ensure reviews are visible without login.
