What You See on the Integrations Page
Integration Cards
Each integration appears as a card showing:
Integration name (for example, Google, Facebook, QuickBooks)
A short description of what the integration does
A Connect or Manage button
Each card represents one supported third-party service.
Connect vs Manage
Connect
Appears when the integration is not yet connected. Clicking this starts the authorization or setup flow.Manage
Appears when the integration is already connected. Clicking this opens settings, permissions, or connection status for that integration.
Types of Integrations Available
Depending on your account and permissions, you may see integrations for:
Google services (Google, Google Calendar, Google Contacts)
Social and lead sources (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok Lead Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
Messaging (WhatsApp)
Payments and accounting (Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Shopify, WooCommerce)
Productivity and data tools (Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Basecamp, Typeform)
Industry-specific tools (for example, Reserve with Google)
Not all integrations behave the same way. Some sync data automatically, while others require additional configuration after connection.
What Happens After You Connect an Integration
After an integration is connected:
Kyrios can begin syncing data such as leads, messages, calendar events, or payments (depending on the integration).
Additional setup may be required (for example, selecting calendars or mapping form fields).
The Connect button changes to Manage.
Important Notes and Limitations
Some integrations require prerequisite connections (for example, Google must be connected before Google Calendar can sync).
Certain integrations are limited by business type or niche (for example, Reserve with Google).
Disconnecting an integration stops future data sync but does not remove existing data.
