Activate Your Review System

Activate the system to help you get reviews and build your reputation automatically in Kyrios.

Your Review System is already installed. You are not building anything. You are turning it on so Kyrios can start requesting reviews automatically.

What this system does

Once activated, Kyrios will:

  • Send review requests after a customer interaction

  • Route negative feedback privately so you can fix issues

  • Stop asking once a review is completed

  • Allow you to request reviews from past customers

This turns customer experiences into visible trust without relying on memory.

Why this matters

Most businesses don’t have a review problem. They have a consistency problem.

They forget to ask. They ask at the wrong time. Or they only ask when they remember.

This system fixes that. It ensures reviews happen as part of your process, not as an extra task.

You’ll know this is working when review requests are being sent and responses begin coming in.

Before You Start:

You only need two things before you start:

  1. A domain or subdomain you want to use for the review funnel

  2. Access to your domain registrar to update DNS records if needed

Everything else should already be available in your account.

What you will do

You will complete four steps:

  1. Connect your domain

  2. Link it to the review funnel

  3. Fill in required custom values

  4. Turn on the workflows

Optional:

  • Add existing customers to the review requests

Step 1 — Connect your domain

If your domain is not already connected:

  • Go to Settings → Domains & URL Redirects

  • Click Connect a domain

  • Follow the prompts

If your domain is already connected, skip this step.

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click "Domains & URL Redirects"

  3. Click "Connect a domain"

  4. Click "Connect"

  5. Click the "Please input your domain" field. After this, follow the prompts.

Step 2 — Connect your domain to the review funnel

  • Go to Sites → ReviewHero Funnels → Review Hero Pro

  • Open Settings

  • Select your domain

  • Save

This creates your review request page.

Step 3 — Complete required custom values

In order for the review program to work correctly, we need to make sure the system has some information to put into the funnels and communication.

In Settings, click "Custom Values".Open your Custom Values and complete the required fields below:

Required custom values

  • Primary Brand Color — This is the main color of your brand in the form of a hex code. It is used in emails and the funnel to help brand your referral requests to your brand colors.

  • Secondary Brand Color — This is the secondary color of your brand in the form of a hex code. It is used in emails and the funnel to help brand your referral requests to your brand colors.

  • Facebook Review Link — This is the link to your Facebook Reviews page. To find this link, navigate to your business page, select the "Reviews" or "Recommendations" tab, and copy the URL directly from your browser's address bar.

  • Google Review Link — To find your Google review link, visit https://support.google.com/business/answer/16816815?hl=en

  • Link to Review Request Page — This is the link you will get in Step 2. On the Review Funnel, the default link is https://(whatever domain name you added)/reviews

  • Privacy Policy Link — This is the link from your primary website. If you do not currently have a Privacy Policy, leave it blank.

  • Terms and Conditions Link — This is the link from your primary website. If you do not currently have a Terms and Conditions page, leave it blank.

Completing a custom value is easy. Simply click the 3 dots to the right of the custom value and click edit.

Go to: Settings → Custom Values

Click the 3 dots next to each value and click edit to enter your information.

Fill in:

  • Primary Brand Color

  • Secondary Brand Color

  • Facebook Review Link

  • Google Review Link

  • Link to Review Request Page

  • Privacy Policy Link

  • Terms and Conditions Link

Then go to:
Settings → Business Profile

Confirm all business details are complete and accurate. The funnels will pull information like company name, logo, email address, business owner name, etc. from this section.

These values are used in:

  • emails

  • funnels

  • messaging

Step 4 — Turn on the automation

Go to:
Automation → Review Request Workflows

Click the 3 dots and click "Publish workflow." There are 4 total workflows. 3 should be turned on by default.

These workflows handle:

  • Current Customer Review Request
Sends review requests automatically after customer activity

  • Negative Feedback Submitted
Routes negative feedback privately for follow-up

  • Previous Customer Review Request
Allows you to request reviews from existing customers

  • Remove From Review Campaign – Review Left
Stops requests once a review is completed

Only turn these on after completing the previous steps.

Step 5 (Optional) — Add existing customers

If you already have customers:

  • Go to Contacts or Smart Lists

  • Filter for customers

  • Add them to the Previous Customer Review Request workflow

This allows you to generate reviews from past customers.

What happens next

Once activated:

  • Review requests will begin automatically

  • Responses will appear in Conversations

  • Negative feedback will be routed internally

  • You will no longer need to remember to ask

If you would rather not set this up on your own, bring this to the weekly Q&A, and we’ll walk through it with you.
