You do not need to build your first workflow from scratch. Kyrios gives you Starter Pack workflows and workflow templates so you can start with something already structured.
Why this matters
A workflow is what tells Kyrios: “When this happens, do this next.”
That means follow-up, reminders, tasks, and messages do not have to live in your head. Kyrios workflows use triggers and actions to automate repetitive work, like sending emails, updating records, assigning leads, and creating follow-up steps.
What you will do
You will:
Open Workflows
Choose a safe starting point
Use a Starter Pack workflow or template
Review it before publishing
Where to go
You will see options like:
Start from Scratch
Build Using AI
Select from Template
Import from a Campaign
Company Based Workflow
Custom Objects Based Workflow
For now, choose Select from Template unless you are activating a Starter Pack workflow from one of the Starter Pack guides.
Step 1 — Start with a template or Starter Pack workflow
Use one of these beginner-friendly options:
Review Request workflow
Referral workflow
Networking Follow-Up workflow
Appointment Confirmation + Reminder
Birthday Template
Auto Missed Call Text-Back, after phone and A2P setup
Email Drip Sequence
Do not start from scratch yet.
Step 2 — Open the workflow
Review:
The trigger
The first few actions
Any email or SMS messages
Any task creation steps
You are not trying to master everything.
You are checking what the workflow will do.
Step 3 — Confirm required setup first
Before publishing, make sure the related guide is complete.
For Starter Pack workflows, follow the matching guide first:
Those guides tell you what must be completed before the workflow goes live.
Step 4 — Publish the workflow
Once setup is complete:
Click the three dots on the workflow menu
Click Publish workflow
The workflow is now active.
What happens next
Once published, the workflow will run when its trigger happens.
Examples:
A form is submitted
A tag is added
A contact is created
A pipeline stage changes
Then Kyrios performs the actions inside the workflow.
Where to look
You can see workflow results in:
Conversations
Contact records
Tasks
Pipeline activity
You can also check:
Enrollment logs
Execution logs
These show what happened behind the scenes.

Important note
Do not publish a Starter Pack workflow before completing its setup guide.
If required values, domains, phone setup, or funnel links are missing, the workflow may not run correctly.
Start with one workflow. Use a template. Confirm the setup. Then publish it.
That is how you get automation working without building from a blank screen.
