Who This Is For / When to Use
This article is for Kyrios users who want to launch workflows faster by using proven, pre-built automation templates instead of building workflows from scratch.
What Workflow Recipes Are
Workflow Recipes are reusable, pre-configured workflow templates designed for common automation scenarios.
Recipes provide:
A fully built workflow structure
Pre-connected actions and conditions
Editable steps that can be customized before publishing
Recipes are optional and do not limit customization. Every recipe can be modified, expanded, or simplified after loading.
Ways to Create a New Workflow
Kyrios provides multiple ways to start building a workflow.
You can create a workflow by:
Starting from a Recipe (template)
Starting from scratch with a blank workflow
Importing steps from an existing campaign
How to Start a Workflow Using a Recipe
Starting from a recipe loads a complete automation into the Workflow Builder.
To start from a recipe:
Go to Automation → Workflows.
Click Create Workflow.
Select Start from Recipe.
Browse the available recipes.
Click a recipe to highlight it.
Click + Create new workflow.
What Happens After You Select a Recipe
Once a recipe is applied, it opens directly in the Workflow Builder.
After the recipe loads:
All actions and conditions are visible
The workflow is saved as Draft by default
Any step can be edited, moved, copied, or removed
Customizing a Workflow Recipe
Workflow Recipes are fully editable before publishing.
You can customize a recipe by:
Editing message content (Email, SMS, Voicemail)
Changing wait times or conditions
Adding or removing actions
Reordering steps
Customizations do not affect the original recipe template.
Saving and Publishing a Recipe-Based Workflow
Recipes must be saved and published to run.
To activate a workflow:
Click Save in the top-right corner.
Confirm the workflow is set to Draft.
Toggle Publish to enable the workflow.
Optionally click Test Workflow before publishing.
