This article is for users building or editing workflows who need a complete reference of available workflow actions and when to use each one.
How to Add a Workflow Action
You can add actions to any workflow from the workflow builder using the plus (+) icon.
Steps:
Navigate to Automation > Workflows.
Click Create Workflow to start a new workflow, or open an existing workflow and select Edit Workflow.
In the workflow builder, click the + icon below a trigger or action.
Select the action category and then choose the specific action.
Contact Actions
Contact actions modify CRM contact records directly.
Create Contact
Creates a new contact record in Kyrios using provided field data.
Find Contact
Searches for an existing contact using matching criteria such as email or phone number.
Update Contact Field
Updates one or more fields on a contact record.
Add Contact Tag / Remove Contact Tag
Adds or removes tags used for segmentation and automation logic.
Assign to User / Remove Assigned User
Assigns or unassigns a contact to a specific user.
Edit Conversation
Marks conversations as read or unread, or archives/unarchives them.
Enable or Disable DND
Turns Do Not Disturb on or off for the contact.
Add Note
Adds an internal note to the contact timeline.
Add Task
Creates a task associated with the contact.
Copy Contact
Duplicates a contact into another sub-account.
