Kyrios can send messages for you automatically.

You don’t have to remember to follow up. The system can do it based on rules.

How automated communication works

Automated messages are part of workflows.

When a trigger happens:

  • A workflow starts

  • Messages are sent automatically

Examples:

  • A new lead comes in
    → A message is sent

  • A contact doesn’t respond
    → A follow-up message is sent

  • A referral is submitted
    → A notification or message is sent

You are not sending these manually. The system is.


What types of messages can be sent

Kyrios can send:

  • Email

  • SMS

Both are tied to contacts and tracked in the system.

If you have Facebook and Instagram connected to your account, Kyrios can also send messages through those platforms.


Where you see this happening

Automated communication shows up in:

  • Conversations (message history)

  • Contact records (timeline)

This means:

  • you can see what was sent

  • you can jump in and reply anytime


Important note about SMS

Email works immediately. SMS requires setup.

To send SMS:

This process can take several days.

Until that is complete:

  • SMS steps will not send

  • Email will still work

This is normal.


Where this is already used

If you’ve activated Starter Pack systems, this is already happening:

  • Review requests are sent automatically

  • Networking follow-ups are sent automatically

  • Referral communication is handled automatically

You didn’t need to send those. The system did.


What happens next

Once communication is automated:

  • Follow-up becomes consistent

  • Leads are engaged without manual effort

  • You don’t rely on memory to stay in touch

You can step in when needed, but you’re not starting from zero every time.

  • Open a Contact record

  • Review message history

That’s where you see everything.

What to ignore for now

You do not need:

  • advanced message sequences

  • multi-step campaigns

  • AI-generated messaging

  • complex timing rules

Right now, you just need messages to be sent without you doing it. Everything else will come later.


Important note

Automation doesn’t replace you. It handles the first steps. You step in when it matters.

Think about the last time you forgot to follow up. Now imagine that message was already sent. That’s what this does.

This helps you go from: “I need to remember to reach out”

to: “The system already reached out”

That’s when this stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like support.
