Understand Conversations and Communication

See and manage every message with a contact in one place so nothing gets missed or forgotten.

Conversations is where all your communication lives. Every email, text, chat, and reply is tracked and tied to the correct contact automatically.


Why this matters

You already know the problem.

Messages are everywhere:

  • Texts on your phone

  • Emails in your inbox

  • DMs in another app

  • Notes in your head

  • checking multiple places

  • wondering if someone replied

  • forgetting to follow up

  • responding late or not at all

That’s not a discipline problem. It’s a system problem. Kyrios fixes that by putting everything in one place.


What you will do

You will:

  1. Open Conversations

  2. See how messages are organized

  3. Reply to a contact

  4. Understand how everything connects


Where to go

  1. Click Conversations in the main navigation

  2. You’ll see your message inbox


Option 1 — Understand the inbox

Inside Conversations, you’ll see:

  • A list of message threads on the left

  • The selected conversation in the center

  • Contact details on the side

Each thread = one person.

All messages from that person live together.


What this replaces

Instead of jumping between tools:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Social messages

  • Chat widgets

Everything shows up in one thread. No more guessing where the last message happened.

Kyrios connects all communication channels into one system so conversations stay organized and visible.


Option 2 — Open a conversation

You can also see messages within the contact's record.

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Click any contact

  3. View the full message history

You’ll see:

  • Past messages

  • Replies

  • Timestamps

  • Channel used (email, SMS, etc.)

Nothing is hidden. Nothing is scattered.


Step 2 — Reply to a message

The process is the same whether you are in the Conversations tab or inside the Contact's record.

  1. Choose the channel (if needed)

  2. Type your message

  3. Click send

That’s it.

The message is:

  • sent to the contact

  • logged automatically

  • tied to their record

No manual tracking.


What’s happening behind the scenes

When you send or receive a message:

  • It is saved to the contact record

  • It becomes part of the timeline

  • It can trigger workflows

  • It keeps your team in sync

You’re not just messaging. You’re updating the system.

That’s how Kyrios keeps everything connected instead of scattered.


What this unlocks

Once conversations are centralized:

  • You stop checking multiple apps

  • You stop wondering who replied
