Access Form Submissions in Conversations

View and manage form submissions directly inside Conversations to respond faster with full lead context.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this feature when you want to:

  • View form submissions without leaving Conversations

  • Respond to leads with full submission context

  • Centralize communication and lead data in one thread

Enable Form Submissions in Conversations

To ensure form submissions appear in Conversations, enable the setting in your form.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Sites → Forms

  2. Open your form

  3. Go to the Settings tab

  4. Enable Create Conversation on Submission

  5. Click Save

Result:
Each form submission automatically creates a conversation thread.

View Form Submissions in Conversations

Form submissions appear as messages inside the conversation thread.

Steps

  1. Go to Conversations

  2. Select a contact with a form submission

  3. Locate the Form Submitted message in the thread

  4. Click View Submission to open full details

What You Can See

  • Contact details (name, email, phone)

  • Submitted form fields

  • Submission timestamp

  • Source and tracking data

Filter Conversations by Form Submissions

Use filters to quickly find conversations created from form submissions.

Steps

  1. Open Conversations

  2. Click Filters

  3. Set:

    • Last Message Channel

    • Condition: Is

    • Value: Forms Submission

  4. Click Apply

Result:
Only conversations triggered by form submissions are displayed.


View Detailed Submission Data

Access full submission details including metadata and tracking information.

Steps

  1. Open a conversation

  2. Click View Submission

  3. Review the Activity Details panel

  • Form fields and responses

  • Page URL and referrer

  • UTM/source tracking

  • Form ID and name

Common Issues and Fixes

Form submissions are not appearing in Conversations

Cause: Setting not enabled
Fix: Enable Create Conversation on Submission in form settings

Submission is missing contact data

Cause: Contact was not properly created or matched
Fix: Ensure form fields include at least email or phone

Cannot find form submission conversations

Cause: Filter not applied
Fix: Use filter Last Message Channel → Forms Submission

Why don’t I see form submissions in Conversations?

Form submissions only appear if Create Conversation on Submission is enabled in the form settings.

Can I reply directly to a form submission?

Yes. The submission appears as a conversation message, allowing you to reply via SMS, email, or other channels.

What data is included in a submission?

Each submission includes contact details, form responses, timestamps, and tracking data such as page URL and source.

Can I filter only form-related conversations?

Yes. Use the filter Last Message Channel = Forms Submission to isolate those conversations.

Does this work with all forms?

This works with forms created within Kyrios and properly linked to a contact record.
