What you will do

You will:

  1. Open a contact

  2. View their activity timeline

  3. Understand where different types of activity appear


Where to go

  1. Click Contacts

  2. Open any contact


Step 1 — View the conversation timeline

In the center of the contact record, you’ll see:

  • Emails

  • SMS messages

  • Replies

  • Communication history

This is your main activity timeline. It shows the flow of interaction with that person.


Step 2 — View additional activity

On the right side of the contact record, you’ll see:

  • Tasks

  • Appointments

  • Website activity & Form submissions

  • Opportunities

  • Notes

  • Documents

  • Payments & Invoices

This gives you more context beyond messaging.


Step 3 — Understand how it connects

Everything tied to that contact shows up here:

  • Conversations

  • Tasks

  • Appointments

  • Activity

You are not switching between tools. You are looking at one connected record.


What this replaces

Instead of asking: “What’s going on with this person?”

You can open their record and see:

  • what’s happened

  • what’s happening

  • what still needs to be done


What happens next

Once you start using this:

  • You stop asking for updates
