Navigating and Using the Reporting Dashboard

The Reporting Dashboard lets you view, filter, export, and customize reports across ads, attribution, calls, agents, and appointments from a single place.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for account admins, marketers, and operators who need to:

  • Review performance metrics across multiple channels

  • Analyze ads, attribution, calls, agents, and appointments

  • Customize dashboards with relevant widgets

  • Export or compare reporting data over time

Use this whenever you want to monitor performance or build reporting views for internal use.


What the Reporting Dashboard Includes

Kyrios provides built-in reports for the following areas:

  • Google Ads

  • Facebook Ads

  • Attribution

  • Call Reporting

  • Agent Reporting

  • Appointment Reporting

⚠️ Google Ads and Facebook Ads reports require an active integration with the respective ad account.


Accessing Reports

  1. Go to your account.

  2. Open Reporting.

  3. Select the report type you want to view from the left navigation or tabs.

Each report includes:

  • Date range selector

  • Filters

  • Column customization

  • Export options


Google Ads Reporting

The Google Ads report displays campaign performance metrics when a Google Ads account is connected.

Metrics include:

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

  • Conversions

  • Client spend

  • Cost per click

  • Cost per conversion

  • Conversion rate

  • Revenue and ROI (when available)

You can drill down by:

  • Campaign

  • Ad group

  • Keyword (when applicable)


Facebook Ads Reporting

The Facebook Ads report displays ad performance data when a Facebook account is connected.

Metrics include:

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

  • Conversions

  • Spend

  • Cost per conversion

  • CTR

  • Leads

Data can be viewed at:

  • Campaign level

  • Ad set level

  • Ad level


Attribution Report

The Attribution Report shows how leads, opportunities, and revenue are attributed to traffic sources.

Key metrics include:

  • Revenue closed

  • Opportunities won

  • Total leads

  • Session events

  • UTM parameters

  • Referrer and source data

You can toggle between:

  • First Attribution

  • Last Attribution


Call Reporting

Call Reporting provides insights into inbound and outbound calls.

Available data includes:

  • Answered vs missed calls

  • Call duration

  • First-time calls

  • Call source

  • Call recordings (if enabled)

You can filter by:

  • Phone number

  • Device type

  • Duration

  • Campaign

  • Landing page


Agent Reporting

The Agent Report summarizes performance across your users or agents.

Metrics include:

  • Call activity

  • SMS activity

  • Email activity

  • Opportunities handled

  • Conversions

This report helps compare agent performance over a selected time period.


Appointment Reporting

Appointment Reporting tracks booking outcomes across calendars.

Metrics include:

  • Booked

  • Confirmed

  • Cancelled

  • No-show

  • Rescheduled

  • Invalid appointments

You can filter by:

  • Calendar

  • Booking source

  • Funnel

  • Date added


Using Columns, Filters, and Export

Columns

  • Click Columns to show or hide data fields

  • Customize each report table view

Filters

  • Click Filters to narrow results by available attributes

  • Filters vary by report type

Export

  • Click Export to download report data as a file for offline use


Viewing Data for a Single Day

To view metrics for one specific day:

  1. Open the date picker.

  2. Select the same date as both start date and end date.

  3. Apply the date range.

If both dates are not set, stats will not load.


Adding Widgets to Your Dashboard

You can add widgets directly from most reporting sections.

  1. Open a report (Calls, Ads, Attribution, etc.).

  2. Click the Add to Dashboard icon.

  3. Select the dashboard.

  4. Choose suggested widgets.

  5. Click Confirm & Add.

A confirmation message appears once widgets are added.


Common Issues and Fixes

Google or Facebook Ads data not showing

Cause: Ad account not integrated.
Fix: Connect the ad account under Integrations.

No data appears for selected date

Cause: Start and end dates not both selected.
Fix: Set both dates explicitly, even for a single day.

Call recordings not visible

Cause: Call recording not enabled.
Fix: Enable recordings under Settings > Phone Numbers > Edit Configuration.
